John was reliable, contactable, and his guys were great. I understood that he wasn't keen to proceed unless it was to fix the issue properly, and that is exactly what was done. The site was tidy each day, and the crew were professional and approachable.

When a small issue arose, John listened to his team's suggestions and tweaked the plan (with our blessing) - which ended up saving money and leading to a better result.

I would highly recommend Precision Building to anyone with any type of renovation work in mind. From the first moment John came to my home I knew I was in good hands to complete my bathroom, 2 verandas, retaining walls and stairs and concreting around the house and pool area including the fence. John even helped with the shopping for tiles and bathroom fixtures which reduced the pressure level for me.
Carl, Nathan x2 and Chad were always punctual, courteous and unobtrusive to have in and around my home. Always happy to explain and answer questions in a language I understood. Ensuring that throughout the process I was happy with the standard, quality and time frames. A delightful bonus and reduction of stress levels is that they always cleaned up after themselves to a higher standard than I probably would have done.
The other trades people they employed plumbers, tilers, electricians, concrete people and painters also work to a high standard and are very professional.
The completed work has added extra value to my home. The experience and outcome was so wonderful that I’m employing them to do further work later this year. Christina

We could not recommend Precision Building more highly. They installed drainage and a concrete path along the side of our house to remedy water issues. John, Nathan, Chad and the whole team were professional and friendly - they walked and talked us through every step, asked for our feedback and kept us in the loop each day. They were punctual and efficient and completed the job well within the given timeframe. They are very knowledgeable and excellent craftsman. Luciano did a tremendous job with the finish and falls. And they left everything neat and tidy and with a pledge to follow up in the new year to make sure it’s all going well. We are thrilled with the result and their service.

John came out and gave me a honest opinion on my drainage issues for our house. He routinely kept in touch to answer any questions we had and was professional throughout giving us lots of confidence in Precision Buildings work. Nathan was predominately running the site work and it was truely amazing to see the progress throughout. They legitimately looked out for our best interests, often giving us ideas that would work better throughout the build and the final product is the best part of our house! Concrete and strip drainage (PVC not ag lines - again quality) around the entire perimeter of our house including removal of all the dirt, a clean site, even managed to get a shed slab, couldn't say a bad word about the entire process. Would recommend to EVERYONE.
