I rent through PRD Kingscliff and my experience with Danella and Ruby As the property team has been nothing short of exceptional. My experience talking on the phone with Ruby is always friendly, bubbly, polite and professional, and she is very efficient in responding to my emails and requests by directing me to the appropriate person/s promptly. Danella is my property manager and I have known her in a rental capacity for over 6years. Danella is always friendly, approachable and very efficient from my point of view in her role. If I ever have any questions, Danella always responds quickly, even if I leave a message with Ruby, Danella responds very promptly in my experience. I wanted to thank Danella and Ruby personally for their professionalism and care, I would always use PRD Kingscliff because of you both.

As an investment property owner, I would like to warn my peers, to be selective when you choose your property manager.

I applied for a fresh rental property, offered over 5% above the asking price and the agency says the owner has approved an applicant days ago and they will not present any other offers to the owner. As an owner, I know that 5% matters and I would not approve an applicant days before the ad went up. Too many cowboys still in this industry.

After speaking with a number of agents we engaged PRD (Joe Taylor) to sell our property at Kingscliff. Joe achieved a fabulous sales result for us and was outstanding, from initial enquiry to settlement of property. As interstate owners we were unable to cross the border, and the work Joe did for us to ready the property (pre and post sale) was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and Joe went above and beyond what we would have expected from an agent. We found Joe to be super responsive, highly proactive in his communication with us, and very easy to work with. If we could rate Joe 10/5 we would do so.

Second time dealing with Glen on property, just want to say a big thanks. Always professional, very responsive and knowledgeable, would choose him every time to sell a property.

Danella and the team from PRD Kingscliff have been wonderful to deal with. We have been renting in Casuarina for 4 years. We also own investment properties and so have had experience as a landlord too. As tenants, we have at all times felt respected and received prompt responses from Danella and the team. We have always treated rented properties like our own home and been allowed to feel like it is our home. We can’t thank the PRD team enough and the owners for making the past few years such a wonderful experience.
