Gives unusual hassle asking all the legal documents, bank details, lease paperwork, license, passport everything before allowing for inspection and when every document and paperwork is submitted making client think that they gonna approve the rental agreement, then they decide to send an email stating unsuccessful application. Why ask for all critical details if you are not going to accept the application and also at least give unbiased reason for the unsuccessful application.

PRD Are the best real estate to go through. They are all round the best team out of all of them in Tamworth! They are always quick to respond to any requests. Nothing is ever a burden for them. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
