Erin Cooper. That's the only name you need in your phone when looking for a property manager that is the best of the best. Erin manages many of the units in the building I manage and honestly I cant fault her at all. Communication with me over issues or tenant changes are just too easy with Erin and she just gets the job done. Honestly if you are dealing with other agents in the area you are just wasting your time. Well done Erin.

Stay away! PRD Strata has been sold to a company called Neighbourly Strata. What a mess, can’t get through to new reception to speak to Managers. Word is spreading to avoid Neighbourly Strata as clients and as an employee. Poor management since sold.

The worst representative to ever represent a good workplace Erin Cooper is vile with a bad attitude, how you people have hired someome so wrong fitting to your business is beyond me. Will never recommend your realestate with that horrible person working there.

Had a horrible experience regarding an employee here, she was blatantly rude to me and treated me so terribly i never want to go back. If you ever go here and see a woman named simone dont even try, she is a horrible person with no regard for anyone but herself. Will not be returning to this business.

In early 2019 Shadi was given responsibility for our complex at 1 Boden Road. Our complex consists of 13 industrial units with a mix of underground and above ground parking. I have found Shadi to be very competent, controlled and calm when dealing with difficult tenants. Shadi’s wonderful liaison and professionalism continued throughout the past 18 months organising and chairing meetings, communicating site policies and assisting with legal representation on a couple of matters. I have always found Shadi to be reliable, responsive, very resourceful with clear written and verbal communications skills. I have no hesitation in recommending Shadi and PRD Norwest to other potential clients.

I have been dealing with Shadi Sysan who has been managing one of our properties at Arncliffe for the last couple of years. Shadi has been amazing, very good communication skills, knowledgeable and very good ethics.

We came to see the display unit and David Walker asked "are you looking to buy? ". We advised that we just live across the road and wanted to see the display unit before making any decisions which is a very normal request for any sensible people before buying big things like a house/car etc. We are not buying/intend to buy for some packet of chips that you really don't need a sample to try for decisions.
David refused/offered to take us to the display unit at level 6 and repeated his statement again "what is your intention? " if you are not looking to buy then he doesn't want to take us to see? Seriously, is this the guy you put in your sales department? 100% It will drive people away from buying, who would buy an apartment/house without inspecting it first? Thank you David Walker for your poor customer service. Great job PRD Norwest for employing a very helpful employee!
