We have had great experience with PRD Penrith and particularly our property manager Michelle. With multiple properties and endless changes and minor works being required as both properties, Michelle is always available to answer our e-mails and to find solutions to our questions. This has ensured that our tenants are also extremely happy meaning no turn over of tenants in our properties.

Disappointing experiene with them. At begining nice and friendly, we placed maximum offer we could and yet for whole week thy have tried every possible way to extort more money out of us. When they realized that we cant spend anymore our offer was rejected for good and then 2 days after house that we were biding was sold for exactly same price that was rejected from me.

Never ever again

I've only been with PRD Penrith for a few months, having Paige as the Property Manager, but so far so good!

I own a property in the up market ESQ at Penrith Panthers entertainment quarter. I bought it and now rent it out with PRD Penrith. Thomas is an outstanding agent and is honest and supportive, and Paige my property manager who just completed a scheduled inspection yesterday sent me a detailed report with photos and a video and it was just like being there, and the tenant they found me is amazing.
I highly recommend PRD Penrith if you are buying or renting your property in the area, the family who own PRD are hands on, friendly and professional, and all the PRD team members are top shelf.

We have had such a great experience with PRD. We have been tenants through them for 4.5 years now and have never had any issues. Michelle has always been prompt in responding and always very helpful. Angela and Natalie are also very friendly, helpful and professional. I love having a chat to Angela, she is just lovely! Our current owners are selling so we've had to find a new place to rent and PRD have responded very quickly and have found us a new place to live so we are now stress free. I have always rented and have never before had the excellent service that PRD provides. Thank you!
