If your tax situation is simple, then maybe it's fine to go here if you can't do it yourself. But if you have more complicated stuff such as property, then you're better off finding someone else who knows what they're doing.

I had a deductible $8k item not included in my return, which I did ask because it was in my previous return that was done by a different tax agent. But this guy totally ignored it. I thought perhaps it was a mistake by the previous agent, but turned out it was this one who had no clue. What a bad luck.
