I just had my car repaired at Power Smash. I’d never had to have repairs don’t before and not sure what I expected but if far exceeded it. They were efficient, courteous and timely with all comms and the job. Highly recommend, Mel in the office has the place running like clockwork! Well done…I highly recommend this business…

WOULD YOU GO USE SUCH A BUSINESS THAT CHARGED $30 JUST TO 'DISCONNECT & RECONNECT' A BATTERY. $30 TO REMOVE AND REFIT A SPARE WHEEL. AND TO PUT THE TOW BAR WIRING PLUG BACK INTO THE SOCKET. $19.50!
An independent observer might suggest that the above is an insult to someone's intelligence - as well as a blatant ripoff! Glad there are other panel beaters around!

The initial consultation and assistance in assessing the damage to my car was done without a fuss and with a friendly smile. So far, so good.

Very happy with the work done on my BT50, I hit a kangaroo and the bull bar needed to be replaced and front end needed to be worked on.
Staff were polite and work was completed on time, my experience with these guys was a very happy one:)

This is the worst place of business in the Southern Highlands. They lie. They promise to do work they have no intention of doing. They over charge for work they don't even do. The quality of their work is inferior. This place should be shut down. If this was the last car repair place on earth I'd sell my car. Avoid at all cost.

PS. No scam about it. If you don't like my review (or other reviews like it) then clean up your act. Until then, this stands. Don't shoot the messenger.

Quoted a fair price for repairs and was told it would take 5 days. Car was finished in 3 days and it was perfect when I picked it up. They also gave my car a clean inside and out. Very happy. Highly recommended

After paying $4,000 for repairs I expected a better paint job and trims not to fall off.
I previously had another car repaired there and was great.
This time not so great.
I suggest shop around and don't rely on previous work.

Got a quote, from these guys to fix some clear coat (just a few holes and bubbles). I was told the whole boot need to come off and my had to sanded back to metal, which meant my whole custom sound system has to come out and would cost easily over a $1000. Went to another smash repair I was quoted $650 and that they could do it on the car easily. I can’t say anything else on their quality or there service, but the quoting seemed dishonest.

Not quite happy with work they have done to my vehical. They have taken huge timeframe for small work which could have been completed in 2 days where they have taken a month with poor quality of work has been done. Operator doesnt answer briefly and preffered short conversation with limited answer.

I was really impressed at both the service and repair at Power Smash Repairs, as a first time customer I wasn't sure what to expect but from initial quote through to dropping off and picking up my car I found everyone there fantastic to deal with. Not only was the car ready earlier than expected, they'd done a fantastic job of the repair. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

My car was towed to Power smash repairs after an accident on the Hume where wall sheeting fell off the back of a truck and smashed the front end. No fault. Obtained a rental. The girls in the office were helpful and polite, 2 months later my car is finally repaired. I pick it up and it's still leaking fluid from the front end, and they have patched scratches on the hood with what looks like white out. The repair guy was rude suggesting the damage was already there, that all the damage they repaired was to the middle. I assured him that I have a list of the parts that were ordered for the repair and they were all drivers side, lights etc, and the water reservoir for the wiper fluid was smashed also drivers side, where the chips were (which they 'forgot' or missed in the repair). He insisted they patched the chips so it didn't rust. I questioned how he came to his informed opinion that they were not part of the damage from the accident to the same region of the car? I left the car with them to be reassessed for a respray to the hood, contacted insurance and took my rental home. He laughed at me and said it was unlikely they would authorize for it to be repaired.

If you have a choice I would definitely recommend not using Power Smash Repairs in Mittagong. I wonder what other damage to my car there is now? If they missed something obvious like leaking fluid from the front end what else was overlooked? Or 'patched'. They act like it's an inconvenience for them to repair your car properly.
