After twenty years as a customer of Purple Pig and the Powell Industrial we have been told, when inquiring for parts for an emergency breakdown, that our account has been closed. Staff refused to say why, only when we called their account department we we told that as we don't buy $500 per month from them every month they had listed our account to be closed. There was no notice. This caused significant disruption to our manufacturing operation. When we contacted their accounts department to discuss they were quite rude and blunt, they don't want our business it seems. In the Purple Pig days they were so help full and obliging it is sad to see a company deteriorate so rapidly.
