Absolutely horrible service, and horrible delivery service. Waited months for delivery, they missed an item and iv been trying to follow up for weeks no one has gotten back to me. Will never purchase at Bondi pottery barn again.

5 months waiting on an order that supposedly said its full in stock when ordering and paid. Complete joke and this should be illegal to grab order based on stock availability and then have customer wait half a year while you import the goods

What a horrible experience. My 5 y.o son was busting for the toilet. The customer toilet had an A4 sign stuck on the door saying "Associates only" "ask for assistance". Should have just gone in but did the courteous thing and asked a staff member if it was OK for my son yo use the toilet. To my shock I was rudely told by 'Emmanuela' that she would lose her job if she allowed him to use the toilet as customers were not permitted "due to COViD" and instead that we would need to cross back over in the pouring rain to find a toilet in Westfield. Potter Barn you should be ashamed of yourselves. Emmanuela should lose her job for an absolute lack of humility and sensibility.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! Should not be offering product for sale unless you are prepared to wait for 30 days PLUS. Plus could be up to a year. Purchased a gift for a 1 year old Birthday on 6/3/2022 and it is now 28/4/2022 and still not received the goods. Apparently the warehouse in Horsley Park (Sydney Metro) has the stock and can't get it 20 minutes in Sydney Metro away for delivery with DHL. Cant give an eta and no idea when its coming. The 1 year old would have outgrown the gift by the time it arrives! Don't waste your time with this company. They should cease trading with a culture like this.

Im so reluctant to even give a star for their online shopping. Don’t get tempted by their marketing skills on online purchase. I purchased a bed sheet for my daugther before last Christmas, up till now, still haven’t receive, no solution from the company all they asked is to keep me waiting. This is my first and will be my last to get from this company and I’ve requested refund. Hopefully, I can get it back.

Worst service will never recommend you to anyone paid for everything on the spot, more than a month late every time I call and they say leave your number but no one calls back.

Honestly, the worst delivery times I have ever seen in Australia this year even around covid issues.
I have previously ordered many furniture items and have had no trouble, but this time round was a completely different experience. I ordered in stock items exactly a month ago and still have not received any correspondence in regards to shipping or delivery. An absolute joke, you can't tell me they don't have a team handling orders even in a warehouse move? To think calling them made no difference and I'll be likely receiving my items in January nearly 2 months later. I get some items could be backordered, but I spent 40 mins talking to a person in America, that said they have been backorderd (but I ordered them in stock, and still showing in stock online) then he said "oh hopefully I will hear from someone this month or early next year and then we will get the items out to you? Makes no sense at all. Do not order from this company until they fix their issues with delivery, don't waste time and money, leave it until next year and hopefully will improve. A nightmare company, and the least they could of done was contact me and give updates or email. That way people have an idea. Seriously.

I will never shop in a pottery barn store again. Terrible products and terrible customer service. I ordered online 2.5 months ago. Half my order is still missing and items that did arrive are smelly and stained. I tried calling customer service twice and waited over an hour to get someone on the phone who couldn’t help me. I then drove 45 to the store where i got told that they can’t accept returns purchased online and that they can’t exchange and that they can’t tell me anything about the remainder of my order. This is the worst customer service i have received in a long time.

STAY AWAY! Something is terribly wrong. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my items. When you chase not only do they take forever to reply but they respond with a generic email. The worst part is they offer 10% off your next order. So kind of them. They are using a warehouse relocation and covid excuse. Reading people's reviews makes me feel sorry for what everyone is going through. How dare they take people's hardworking money and not deliver the goods. I asked for a refund and received a stupid generic email. I am livid at the time I have wasted constantly following this up.
I have a feeling they are going into administration as there is no other explanation.
I will never ever order off these people again!

Terrible service, I placed an order with Pottery Barn Kids on the 31st Aug 2021, the order was not shipping until 14th Oct 2021, and we still haven't received it.

Terrible company. Takes them a very long time just to ship an order, and unable to log onto their website to track it. Looks like my nursery items are going to arrive after the baby is born which is so disappointing. I suggest people not order from this company.

Terrible customer service. I purchased curtains in good faith to only receive one. When I called the overseas call centre operator suggested I go to Perth store for click and collect when I live in Sydney NSW and we are in a lockdown.i had paid for postage and was hoping pottery barn would do something given i had spent over $250 in the past week and they agreed it wasn't clearly marked (hidden under more information not under the section details that matter).

I had the pleasure of dealing with Danielle today placing an order over the phone. She went above and beyond to help me out with getting photos of a bed I wanted to purchase but couldn't see in person due to being in Perth. This is the kind of customer service that deserves a 5 star review.

Would just like to say a big thank you to the wonderful Tonya at PBK Bondi Junction for her efforts in helping sort my daughter's bedroom manchester. She was honest, very proffessional, understanding, personable, and went to all lengths to help find and order all the items i was after and make sure i ordered the correct sizes with the right conversions. She was extremelly helpful and patient i cannot recommend her enough. Thank you again and hope to see you soon

After reading the negative reviews on here I’m thinking to myself, gosh don’t you people understand Australian retail already! I’ve been working at David Jones for 10 years now and it’s not fair that companies let the sales staff cop slack, get over yourselves and if you have a issue ordering online go into the store like I did! I was after some sheets and wanted to fee the texture before I bought. I walked in the pottery barn kids and it was so busy but a lady and a guy managed to ask me for assistance and helped me find the sheets I wanted. I was walking through west elm next door and saw these mirrors and loved them. Another lady at the counter nearby saw me starring in awe and asked me for help. She immediately used her computer to tell me the price and how many were available for delivery. I bought 3 of the wall mirrors and they were delivered In 3 days which was fine by me. They gave me a tracking number and I received an sms from dhl. Fellow aussies need to realise that this is a retail chain and if you’re not satisfied with online buying and ordering, go into the store. Give the hard working staff members some empathy cos I hated retail and I only stayed to feed my children and pay my bills which was so tough for a first time mum!

Just uploaded photos of my mirrors put up! They came with screws to screw into the wall for hanging. I love them what a bargain! Half price from $400 down to $200 each!

The furniture is beautiful however the customer service is THE WORST! The Deluxe delivery is terrible, it arrived 6 hours late, with pieces missing and they had no idea how to assemble the furniture so they just dumped it in our hallway and left! Tried calling Pottery Barn Kids with my order number and they couldn't locate it, had no idea what order it was and were just rude and hung up on me. Try calling the stores - and you will never get an answer, their phone just rings out. Now I am left with a pile of unassembled (expensive) furniture, which I will be sending back if I ever get hold of PBK!
