It is not certainly cognitive therapy or any type of therapy.
It is just things taken off the internet I don’t see how people can improve with that
Dr Ganda has provided me with all the support and guidance you would expect to receive from such an experienced and knowledgable psychologist. Her service is second to none, and I would recommend her to anyone requiring a psychologist. I don't know where I would be without her!

Dr. Gurprit Ganda has been extremely helpful in aiding me to understand my fibromyalgia and relaxation techniques in order to modify my lifestyle. She has been very understanding and patient and taught me stress-free techniques in order to cope with daily life stresses. Her deep breathing exercises and various app recommendations have enabled me to not overcome most of my stresses. She’s a good listener, a professional psychologist and truly a clinician who is able to build a good rapport with the patient!
Dr Ganda is very professional and wonderful at handling patients. Very pleasant approach.
Castle hill location is very good except that i had to figure out how to get there first time.otherwise its very quite and nice location
