I had a disappointing experience here where I needed just one print. The attendant was preoccupied and unhelpful, delaying my simple request. It wasn’t until the other customer who couldn’t find some info for his service offered to let me go first that he attended to me. When finally attended to, I was shocked by the $5 charge due to credit charges for a single print, which remained unchanged even when I offered to pay cash. The attendant's rude response was I don’t make the rules. Definitely overpriced and unfriendly, not recommended.

The owner is an angel. He accepted to print my resume even if I didn’t respect the minimum payment because I had an interview to the next building. Thank you so much for your kindness you were my super hero today:)

Very poor customer service. I came to pick up my parcel and the staff said that my parcel was about to be returned. I explained to him that I did come to pick up earlier but they closed on that time that’s why I picked up my parcel a bit late. After that I just nicely asked them why did they closed on that day since according to their opening hours they supposed to be opened on that day. The staff asked me back that if I know why they closed on that day with a very rude tone. If I know the reason, why did I need to ask so if that’s necessary for him to ask me back like that with a not proper attitude? I didn’t expect that at all, I just tried to ask them to make sure I can come on the right time next time and not to waste my time. Didn’t require any extra service or anything special, I just want to pick up my parcel smoothly that’s it, but their attitude just ruined my day. Not recommend this place as a collection point.

Incredibly poor customer service and support. We have been renting a Mailbox for close to 6 months. They are very very slow to respond and the communication is never clear. It has been 20 days since a request to forward mail. They were closed for Christmas untilJanuary 10 and we didn't receive notification and it has taken another 9 days from when they are back and still only now a promise of quote to forward. Lets see if it actually arrives today!

Very pleased with the professional service received. The staff were friendly and very helpful -especially considering the limitations we area all under at the moment. Highly recommended and would use again.

Rude, not friendly at all and lack of customer service. DON’T bother using their services. I don’t have a printer at home and wanted to send a parcel that I had booked in via Sendle.com. I was expecting to pay for printing services but I don’t carry cash and I expected I could use my card to tap and go and I don’t mind at all to pay a surcharge (as this is what I expected). But basically he said he will not be charging me $1.00 on my credit card and so I couldn’t drop my parcel off to be sent. So I took my parcel back. I have a printer at my workshop where I run a successful skincare manufacturing small business. But I thought during covid-times I don’t want to have to travel to print when I can leverage off the dropping facility’s place and pay to get a label printed. Now I have to emit carbon into the air to drive to Annandale from Chippendale to print 1 label. I will NOT BE RETURNING THE PARCEL TO THIS PLACE and will take it to the Booth St Newsagency instead. This place used to be good as when our business was in Chippendale it used to be called Parcel Point? Owned by Indians. Very helpful and friendly. I used to drop at least 10-20 parcels a week here. It is now owned by Chinese. I’m not racist as I am Chinese myself but this business (given Covid times and me willing to pay!), was unfriendly unhelpful and rude! BEWARE! I will NOT be supporting them.
Note: I have purchased a new compact/portable printer 2 days ago but it is on track for delivery early next week. So I won’t have this problem again in the future but it’s good where NOT TO GO! If you want to drop a parcel for Sendle. I will be giving Sendle this feedback too. Also I could not get SENDLE to pick up from me as I live in an apartment complex and I can’t leave my parcel out the front as it is my 9-5 job’s company data.

I concerned that I couldn't find any printing service during the 2021 Sydney Lockdown. However, I came across MBE Broadway. They were doing there great job. I contacted them via email before I went to the store (to pick up). They were very responsive and keened to help me through out my concern.

Great customer service, goes over and above service required. I have now been into MBE Broadway a couple of times and Andrew has always been accommodating, cheerful and super helpful. What a pity all businesses that I deal with can't be like this. Won't hesitate to recommend MBE Broadway for all shipping services required.

Sick of missing deliveries even though you are at home waiting for them? Tired of waiting in line at the PO for 15-30mins to pick up your deliveries? One mailing address that can be accepted by every delivery company! Notifications whenever a parcel has been delivered and is awaiting collection! You can even use MBE Broadway to send returns! I would not recommend this place if you're using parcel point - worst experience ever. I had an absolutely pathetic experience at MBE Broadway. Had to go three days in a row to receive two parcels - the person servicing us took no responsibility for his mistakes. He handed us two parcels that were for other people and if I had not double checked, I would have had to come back for my actual parcels. If I could leave less than one star I would.

Sent a ebay return parcel here but I can't agree with the good reviews. Was told to tape my parcel myself, and they don't even have handheld tape dispenser, just an office-use small tape. Very unprofessional service.
