I cannot recommend Paul Harris highly enough. We had an ongoing issue for about 6 months trying to find the entry source and identify what was inhabiting an internal wall cavity of our house, I was recommended to use Possum Patrol after many sleepless nights and lots of frustration. I contacted Paul two days ago, he arrived yesterday, quickly identified the entry area on top of our very high flat roof and came up with a brilliant solution to close off the area yesterday afternoon. Paul set everything up ready to came back last night when knew the possum would be out of the nest and closed the area off. No need to trap and distress the possum. As promised, this morning at 5: 17am I heard the possum trying to get back into it's nest without luck. A long time issue solved in less than 24 hours. Don't bother looking elsewhere, Paul is honest, reliable and provides a cost affective service.he is truly amazing. Thank you again Paul. I am so grateful for your expertise. Paul scared off 2 possums from my roof and repaired the hole in the roof where they were getting in. It was very reasonably priced and Paul was lovely to deal with. He knew what he was talking about and seemed like a genuinely kind person. So glad we called him!

Had a possum move in above our unused fireplace. Not practical to get it out from our ground floor. Paul came back at 10.45pm while possum out foraging at night. Got up on roof with ladder to access the top of our tall chimney and bricked up the two smoke vents that possum was using to get in and out. Would recommend him if you have a possum problem.

We highly recommend Paul if you have a possum problem. He found the point of entry easily and even offered to fix an unrelated broken roof tile while he was up there - what a superstar! Excellent value for money vs other services we contacted as well.

Came around after knowing we had a two story house and a metal roof. After arriving he just said to trim the trees and that it was too high for him to get up then charged $80.

Paul was very helpful and professional in his work. I live on the top floor of an apartment, it wasn't an easy job and I am really grateful he did what he could to remove the pests in the roof top. Now I can have a good sleep after days of sleepless nights.

Paul was courteous, professional and knowledgeable at his trade. He arrived on time and listened to our problem patiently. Waste of time
Took a day off work for this guy to come over
1. Turned up almost an hour late
2. Kept asking the same questions over and over
3. Didnt seal the hole, and the possum is still roaming around in the roof
4. Ended up out of pocket and no better off

Paul arrived at our property the same day I rang him. He found and rectified 3 access points for possums and probable birds. Installed a temporary one-way trap door. All without entering the roof cavity and now no more sleepovers in our roof cavity. He knows what he is doing. He is a courteous professional guy. Thanks Paul.
