*Actually wanted to give zero stars but apparently you can't do that.

NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Over a year ago now I spoke to a gentleman named Alex about buying a printer. I told him it needed to run off my Mac book. He assured me it would.

This was a $2000 purchase for my small food business, in the middle of a pandemic that was ravishing the hospitality industry.

When it came I couldn’t get it to work. I emailed back and forward and he then told me it would not work on my Mac and that none of his staff could help me as they didn’t know how to use macs or their software.

I then rang the parent company and after spending over 10 hours on the phone as well as over 100 emails back and forth they said it wasn’t their issue either and that I should contact the seller again.

Instead I called consumer protection. This is currently on their docket list as Alex has informed me he wants me to pay to have this printer shipped back there so his techs can look at it (techs he said don’t understand and can’t use macs) and that if they can’t get it to work they will refund me, if they can I have to pay for it to be sent back to me.

So now I am expected to blindly trust a man who has lied to me to do the right thing.

As I said before a $2000 printer, which for a small business in a pandemic that was making keeping a small business afloat exceptionally hard. As another Australian business, I would have thought that some camaraderie, or support or just general compassion would have been shown but no. No care or help given at all.

So again, I say, DON’T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The past week we have been doing some upgrades to our service station. And have been emailing back and forth with Alex. Alex has been so helpful and so quick to respond. Not only that but our receipt printer came so quickly even with all this covid stuff going on. We just ordered two more things from Alex because not only do we want to support local but we are so happy with the service we have received. Will defiantly use again in the future and cannot recommend enough.

I've been buying Zebra printers and barcode scanners from POS Market and working with Alex for over two years. Cost is competitive - though there are cheaper ones on the market, price is not the only thing I consider. Everytime I sent an enquiry to Alex, I receive response within minutes. This is what good customer service skills and sales skills are about. Fantastic job!

Reception took details of my query, Waited for 2 hours and haven;t heard back from sales yet. Their commitment to customer is lacking and I would not recommend them based to my dealing with them so far.

I would like to say that I found this company to be extremely helpful. Both the young men I spoke to were very helpful friendly and prompt with there service and gave correct advice.
The printer I bought for our autoclave arrived quickly and was the correct one as they had said
