Had some issues connecting printer to phone.contact pos central Kane was helpful and put me on to the right people to sort the issue out.

Good Value for Money.
If you are planning to buy a label printer for yourself, then go for the model of Zebra label printers. As a user myself, I can say that they are worth it. Have been using it for quite some time and not faced any issues as of now. I have been happy with the quality of labels that the printer is giving.

Absolute disgrace. DO NOT USE THIS SHIFTY COMPANY.refusing to refund a faulty printer after I bought another one (from them) to replace it. Rude and arrogant.

They sell grey imported products, it is illegal as far as I know, what happens if the building catches fire? Stay away!

THEY SENT A PRINTER THAT I SPECIFIED I DIDN'T WANT. WHEN I CALLED THEY TOLD ME IT
WILL DO THE SAME THING, JUST HAVE TO MODIFY MY POS SETTINGS. I TOLD THEM I WANTED THE MACHINE I ORDERED AND THEN SAID THEY WILL CHARGE ME 20 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE.

Once printer arrives service stopped! Was sold a printer with promises of how it will work yet still not able to get it going. 3 attempts to get support all with promises of I will call you back!

Ordered a till draw, it arrived without any keys, 5 phones calls and an email everyday for 10 days - before the WRONG key arrives - still yet to be rectified.

Incredibly difficult to deal with- sent out a faulty product and 'couldn't' arrange for courier to collect. Absolutely no help whatsoever on the support line (when I could get on to them, more often I had to wait for a call back. Would not recommend, will never purchase from these guys again!
