Had a flat traveling from Brisbane to Sydney. Went straight in diagnosed cracked rim. Was all set to go in a short period of time. She was a very lovley lady to deal with. Thank you for your time.

Absolutely shocking service and ordered the wrong size tyres (i. E. Ordered 15 when should be 16) blaming me for the mistake when it is clearly written right on this job slip. (i knew exactly what size tyres i needed and told them many times before ordering. The bloke at the desk (Gordon) was extremely rude throughout the whole process and when i dropped the car off, he wouldn't let me get a whole sentence out when i tried to explain a few things in relation to my car (which will affect the alignment). Definitely never going back there.

These guys are amazing. We thought we had a flat tyre but it turned out we were just low on air. Not only did they test the tyre and wash out all the goo from our temporary repair, they also refused to charge us when they're wasn't a whole. Such legends! I will try to get my next (proper) flat tyre as close to port Macquarie as possible!

Five star to Port Tyrepower First class service this morning. I had a slow leak in one of my front tyres. No spare in the boot as the tyres are flat run tyres. Within half an hour of pulling into Tyrepower, hole found, fixed, wheels all checked and I was on the road again. Thank you to wonderful staff and wonderful service.

Extremely poor service. Very rude… booked the car in for two new tyres and was told they would call when the car was ready to be picked up. Never received a call, followed up with them in the afternoon and they said the car was done and ready to be picked up. Upon arrival to get the car it had no new tyres and they said they didn’t have the size…. When previously told upon booking they had the correct tyre size

Friendly staff, great price and they went to the trouble of showing me the brakes and all the wheels. No extra work needed apart from replacing worn out tyres. Great Service! Thanks.

Fast and efficient.
I needed a new tyre fitted to a rim and they did it right there and then at a very good price.

Guy in the office quite gruff, lack of customer service immediately obvious. However the service was prompt and price good. 10/10 would go somewhere else next time

Been inside a few times. For work vehicles and personal vehicle and each time I'm confronted with a rude man who has zero customer service skills. Or people skills. It gives off an impression he doesn't want your business or doesn't want to be there.

Aide note when I have talked to the guys that working on the floor doing the fittings ect they have always been friendly and get the job done

I had a flat and couldn't access my spare. These guys were lifesavers! They came to me, pumped up the tyre so I could drive to the workshop and fixed it for me in under an hour. All for A TENTH of the price the NRMA quoted me to come out. Thank you!

Went along with a holed tyre and was out in around 20 mins for $20 including wheel change. Could not fault them.

Got 4 tyres for my caravan the other day, meanwhile I went over the road to have a salad sandwich and coffee, they were finished before my sandwich was made! You cant beat that, Thanks for helping me make our travels easy, much appreciated. Should of left a few beers, next time.
