I have been taking my bed and breakfast linen and towels to faye and daniel for over a year now and they always get the stains out and have an extremely high standard of work. They are friendly and very helpful and will pick up and deliver. I definitely recommend them.

I asked for a bridesmaid dress to be taken up & was charged $60. It was my request for the whole dress to be taken up but they cut the same width the whole way around & then asked for more money when I was surprised there was still a few centimeters of material resting on the ground behind me on pick up. The lady serving was quite abrupt & said most people want the dress to trail on the ground at the back. She then denied she was the one who took the measurements despite my clear memory of both women being there & her taking them. I have 2 weeks until the wedding & due to her abruptness, request for more money & lack of care generally I took the dress with me as I didn’t feel confident leaving it in her hands or paying extra for what should have been part of the initial job.

Fay was extremely helpful in a last minute rush to get a suit cleaned. Her customer service is exceptional!
