Price was less that I thought- really appreciated the lift to work and back- overall excellent!
Booked a first service for our Subaru, several weeks in advance, turned up to service department as arranged only to be told that the service dept had recorded the details of the car incorrectly and had NOT recorded the service booking and they were too busy to do the simple first service. We travelled 50 minutes from home to be turned away with another booking later in the week. “Not happy, Jan! ”
Efficient, polite, everything explained before and after, car cleaned outside. Completed within agreed time frame.
Zac was friendly and easy to deal with. He answered my questions and found more information quickly. The buying process was straightforward and I had no concerns. I am happy with my car and impressed that when I collected my car it was just cleaned and had a full tank of fuel. That is good service, thank you! Zac also reminded me to contact them if I had any problems. You don’t hear that too often, so when I need another car I will be heading straight to Patrick Auto Group.

We are missing our service book apparently, I found this out this morning when picking up my car from its regular service. We never take it out of our car (glovebox), we have no need to. So if its gone missing it has to have been at our last service, you people are the only ones that touch it.
The gentleman who arranged my service was most helpfully. Also had two very pleasant pick up and delivery drivers
I was sceptical of dealer servicing but the service for the last 6 years from new by Subaru has been excellent. Very polite and informative. All recalls and warranty issues were dealt with promptly and without fuss. Booking a service online couldn't be easier. Fixed price service means you know what you are going to pay and if there's anything outside of this they'll give you a call to discuss options. Very pleasant shuttle service. The car is washed and vacuumed prior to pick up too - please pass on my thanks to the person who does this, they're doing a great job and for me at least, this part of the service is one of the things that keep me coming back.

We had issues with a weather shield that had detached, also leather coming off the steering wheel. These things had been mentioned well within the warranty period, but delayed because of weather and time restraints and staff shortage by the company.
At this visit we were told that they are now out of warranty, steering wheel won't be fixed, investigation into weather shield to be fixed outside of warranty. To top this off, when we arrived at Port Maquarie we were informed that our service would cost $875 for 112,000 kms service. Port Subaru had called us to have the service at their establishment, but failed to mention this amount (we were paying roughly between $300 - $350 normally). The employee from behind the counter explained to us that they outsource to a company to contact customers for service. We travel to Port (roughly 90 minutes) because we have had great service in the past. I'm perplexed that they can't find our issues on their system after a check on their computer (which included a complete sunroof assembly replacement, which occurred at the same time the weather shield had detached) Port Subaru to say we're disappointed would be mild, your workmanship on our car for the last few years has been great. I don't think we're being fickle, this experience for us was not good. We then had to rearrange our banking to pay the amount which turned out to be $878 and reduce our planned Christmas shopping by a big margin to budget for this. We felt we were ambushed, and understand it was a major service that needed to be done but it would have been helpful if we were forewarned, price of service not the issue, being left short is.
Plus notifying this company of our concerns well within the warranty period, being delayed by weather, also because the company had run out of time, not recording our issues is a concern. Unfortunately these issues have left a very bad taste, your employees are great, your system sucks. You wanted feedback, well that's our experience.
Polite staff with excellent customer service. They are always informative as to what work is scheduled and are efficient often having my car ready before anticipated.
