Couldn't ask for a more friendly and helpful bunch of people than Carpet Court Port Macquarie. We were fully informed of choices, prices and stock availability. The process of purchasing and arranging laying was seamless and communication was faultless.

Although we had some issues with our carpet (it was a manufacture problem with carpet being subsequently replaced as faulty) Rob / Alana and their team were reliable and honest people to deal with. Pricing was very competitive and install timetable flexible as we had longer than normal lead times and painting to work around. One point to highlight though is that if you choose a loop pile carpet then there are potential install issues / challenges associated with straight / square wall lines and edging to be aware of, but at the end of the day we are very happy with our choice - Hycraft wool loop pile in kimberlite pebble grid.

Good range of products and colours, helpful staff, arrived to install when they said they would, installed cleanly and quickly. Left extra carpet pieces rolled neatly in cupboard. Great experience getting new carpet.

Excellent service. Very patient with us as we took a long time to decide, always willing to explain and re-explain differences of type, usage, wear etc etc. We also visited Carpet Court stores elsewhere who were just as happy to help us even though we weren’t purchasing from them. Everything happened exactly as promised and very well done. Very flexible, eg happy to work with our not being present. Only fault was not vacuuming new carpet after instal, (hence 4 not 5 stars, I am a hard marker) but very quick to apologise and remedy that when told.

Cannot recommend Carpet Court Port Macquarie highly enough. They turned a stressful insurance incident into a manageable event. The laying of the hybrid floors was done so beautiful and the carpets are wonderful. A great job thanks so much.

I am very pleased with my new carpet and how it was laid. The 3 guys were able to move the furniture I was unable too and it was all put back in the correct places. I was just able to sit outside in the sun and read a book. I was really impressed with the guy in charge especially in the way he went about teaching and explaining to one of the other guys how to correctly lay carpet.

Peter recently installed two new awnings to cover the courtyard area at our unit. Peter and his colleague carried out this installation in a very professional manner giving attention to detail to get the awning installation correct. Extremely please with all aspects of the work undertaken. Many thanks.

Our purchase from the Karndean Rigid Core Korlok range was made much easier by the very helpful guidance we obtained from many of the staff at the Port Macquarie showroom. Their advice and suggestions enabled us to come to a clear understanding of the product and its suitability for our needs. They provided clear explanations as to the process involved in the laying of this type of flooring.
The installation was carried out efficiently and carefully by Dan, our installer, and we can't thank him enough for his faultless and meticulous work. The finished result was way above our expectations and we couldn't be more happy with our new floor.

Love love love our new Karndean Korlok Stone Rigid Core tiles in Natural Ecru. Joe at Carpet Court made the selection process much easier for us. He explained the product, the process and answered any questions we had as they arose. It wasn't easy finding a colour that wouldn't clash with our existing tiles. Joe came up with good, helpful suggestions. They kept in contact with us on the installation date (which we had to postpone), and were happy to fit in with us. The installer Chris did a fantastic job, fast and hard-working, he moved our heavy furniture for us.not an easy feat. We are so pleased with the end result and cannot recommend both Carpet Court and Chris highly enough.

Fantastic service from Rob, Michelle and the rest of the team (I think I also had help from Chris or another Rob - name escapes me). Friendly, helpful and made the process of getting hybrid flooring into my house so easy. Quality, service and price - 10/10.
