My pool vacuum was broken so I took it to Poolwerx at 4: 30pm on the 29th of December. Expecting that I'd drop it off and pick it up sometime in the new year.

Frank (the owner) dropped whatever he was doing and spent 30 minutes on a quick repair. And wouldn't charge a dime for his time and efforts.

Definitely recommend this place and will be going back as needed

Poolwerx services our pool and never miss an appointment and staff always looks good afterwards.

If youre wanting to visit their store, theyre located at a busy intersection so be careful navigating in depending on which direction youre coming from.

We were selling our home and the pool water was not clear. After trying many chemical options, Frank identified how to fix it. He then rescheduled his work the next day to install a new filter so the pool was ready for open homes. Outstanding service and we are very grateful. I would highly recommend this business. Good reliable computerised water testing with printed results, good stock of pool chemicals and components, good advice.

I want to thank Frank and his team for the recent replacement of my pumps, filter and chlorinator and new heat pump. I was provided with excellent advice and a great range of products to suit my needs. The installation was tricky due to a tight location but the guys persevered and got it all done quickly and neatly. I'll be making Poolwerx West Penno my regular pool shop from now on. Good work!

I have been using Poolworx West Pennant Hills for some time now and have always been very happy with their advice and service. Recently had a need for installation of a new skimmer box and replacement of sand filter sand with glass crystals. Two of the Poolworx team, Gerry and Andy were sent by the Poolworx owner (Frank) to do the work. They were prompt, did an absolutely marvellous job and we’re so professional in carrying out the work. Couldn’t be happier. Pool looks fantastic. I highly recommend this pool shop. Best I’ve ever used in my 30+ years of owning a pool.

Ordered parts 5th March, difgicult process. Had to call the manufacturer to get parts numbers, then call back Poolwerx to order the parts. No response by 16th April so called back & got someone who had no idea what I was talking about who said she'd 'Ask the boss when he's in. ' No response back.

Like these professionals. Always willing to help even if I am not buying. Changed a testing parameter at the request of my surface provider. Good price for chemicals, carryy 20 litre chlorine to my car.

Tried to set up a longer term service contract and sent all that was asked for and then had no response for over 2 weeks despite a few sms's politely enquiring. I don't know what silence means, but this to me was a confusing lack of integrity and zero service.

Very prompt and professional service, saved the day on the long weekend on short notice. Thank you!

My pool got badly smashed up when a massive gum tree fell on it during the storm that hit the hills area just before Xmas last year.

Pumps, piping, filter, chlorinator, pool fence, and pool tiles were wrecked and it got pretty putrid waiting for the the insurance company to pay. With Franks help (owner) we got the right payout after being severely lowballed by insurance.

During the fix I was really impressed with the level of technical know how of Frank and his team. (Frank has a background in Chemistry). I also appreciated the communication and suggestions offered and the easy approach way Frank and his team interacted with me to get the job done right.

The result is that my pool repair came in under budget is now super easy to maintain and it has never looked better

Website says they close at 2pm Sunday, but when i arrived at 1.30pm it was all closed. Frustrating!

We can not recommend Frank and his team at Poolwerx WPH highly enough.

We have had so much advice, education on chemical balances, thorough explanations and support as we learnt how to manage our pool. The frustration and hassle at trying to get the balance right, prior to going to them, no longer exists and the water is sensational to swim in.

We have a small pool which is a little unforgiving to the slightest level of neglect, it is extensively used making it a challenge to stabilise at times. We have thrown many challenges at them, such as heating our water to extreme conditions, adding a pool cover, wanting to reduce the chlorine levels to the lowest possible levels! Any issues with the water have quickly been diagnosed and simply and effectively fixed.

They are always friendly and happy to discuss any concerns with the water that we have, though gladly any issues are now few and far between due to their service and support.

These guys are super helpful. Was wasting a tonne of money doing self tests and buying chemicals from bunnings, but just couldn't get the pool blue again. Two trips to the Poolwerx and it's looking clear and clean again! Really recommend the water testing. I was sceptical as I thought they would use the test as a way to sell you heaps of chemicals, but they weren't pushy at all. Just told us what needed to be done, and left it up to us if we wanted to purchase anything. They also don't push their service agreements on you, which a lot of places do.

Struggled with my pool water always turning green so decided to change pool shops and can't believe the fantastic results of my pool since using poolwerx west pennant hills.thank you so much!
