Team in the shop helpful but pool service guy was terrible (Will). He was on his phone most of the time. I'm wondering if he is getting paid by the hour and milking it. When i went in the shed to see how he was doing he was on his phone.then I looked out after a while and he was behind the shed out of view on his phone again.when i asked him for some advice on how to keep the pool maintained and clean he was so in a rush and said, i have to go now. He said he would let the real estate know what is needed. 6 weeks later still hasn't told them. Sill waiting for a call or someone to rectify the problem, but no one calls back. Messages lost. So annoying!
