Stephen (owner) Port Stephens Poolwerx did what others would shy away from - recommission a public resort pool in less than 2 weeks and exceeded expectations.

I asked Stephen from Poolwerx Port Stephens to service our pool at our property in Soldiers Point. We have recently moved in. Whilst having owned homes with pools before in Sydney, hand on heart i am not that knowledgeable in pool maintenance. Stephen arrived on time, was totally professional in every facet relating to the pool cleaning. Given the recent heavy rain a backwash was required, adjustments made to our equipment that needed work done, and then discussed what he had done and for what reason, and itemised all work on his invoice. He suggested a timeline for regular servicing with the warmer months on the way, never attempted to "oversell" and nothing was a problem, all done with a sparking result and a smile. I would encourage people in his areas of service to give him a go, you won't be disappointed and the "price was right" for the time he spent here. Geoff
