I have been a customer of Poolwerx Menai for several years. They have helped me take our pool from usually greenish to always blue and clear. The staff have always been helpful answering any questions I have had.

The service by Donna and the team was first class. We were looking at one pool cover but when they looked at pool they suggested that a different style within the same range would be more appropriate.
It was ordered promptly and installation was arranged with no fuss.

We have always had great service and advice from Donna at Poolwerx Menai and travel from Caringbah to Menai, passing several other pool shops, because of her expertise and cheerful personality. Donna has always gone that extra mile to help us and we will continue to travel to Menai whilst she is there. Good customer service is hard to find.
I asked about the swimming pool and left a phone number. They said they would contact me the next day but they did not contact me! If I did not want to, I should have said it in advance!
