As a first time pool owner, the team and service at Poolwerx Castle Hill has been excellent. They were happy to come around and walk me through basic pool maintenance and were quick to replace my old faulty filter. They even set up a very convenient private WhatsApp group that I can use to ask the pool technicians questions at any time without having to go in to the store.

Dealing with Tim and Sal have been a great experience, using the WhatsApp group chat had made it a fantastic way to communicate.

We were incredibly overwhelmed with what to do when we moved to our new home when we were tasked with setting up our spa for the first time. The staff were incredibly helpful and wrote down clear instructions on what we needed to do to get up and running. Explaining the process on how to add chemicals to the spa etc.this will be our go to place moving forward for all our chemical needs.

I cannot recommend Poolwerx enough. They didn’t hesitate to first try and fix my problem over the phone but also came out on a day that suited me to fix my filter.
Paul was so helpful and took the time to explain things in layman’s terms so I could understand and they were reasonable with their costs.
I will go as far as saying that their service is at a level that all service companies should aspire to achieve.
