Poolsafe Fencing installed our pool fence. The service of this company is unbelievably fast and efficient. Within a couple of hours of my first enquiry, Paul McNamara was at the site for measurement and quote, and the fence was installed within 2 weeks. No follow-up calls were needed. We were given sufficient notice before the installer came, and he left promptly without leaving any mess. In this day and age, service of this quality is difficulty to receive. All personel from designers, estimators and installers seem to have an excellent understanding of Pool Safety Standards that apply in NSW and the certification requirements. Poolsafe Fencing made the certification process with Council streamlined and efficient, resulting in a great outcome and achievement of certification after the first Council inspection.

We obtained 3 quote to get our non-compliant pool fence to compliancy. Poolsafe was not the cheapest quote, however the other mobs wanted me to do a lot of digging and clearing work prior to them coming in for the install so we went with Poolsafe Fencing. Chris came out and I explained what the certifier had told us needed to happen. Chris knew the fencing laws WRT children and the No Climb Zone. He knew what was required which was a relief because I could only explain it the best I could from the certifiers explanation, I had only a basic grip on the legislated requirements Pool Safe Fencing understood what was needed so I felt very comfortable that the job would be done right the first time and as certifiers are a good $300 per visit, I'd like to pay the fee only once if possible. Poolsafe sent Martin to do our fence, I must say, what a lovely person he is. Very down to Earth, explained everything he intended to do and how long it was going to take to finish it. If he was concerned about anything he asked me first before making decisions, I trusted him anyways but this is very appreciated. He was on site first thing in the morning and he did not stop work until it was getting low on light - Now that's service for you! I kept Martin well hyrdrated which he was very appreciative of, we had a few good conversations and a couple of laughs about this and that. My little boy thought he was a really nice man (I like him Papa!) as he put it to me. Thank you Pool Safe Fencing! Chris from Pool Safe Fencing installed a custom designed pool fencing around a very difficult pool location. Chris Did an amazing design layout to incorporate Glass and Aluminium combination Fencing around an area of retaining wall and rock.

We used Poolsafe fencing initially for the glass fencing around our pool, then later on for our side gates, privacy screen and front fence. Chris was our main contact and he gave us valuable advice and explanation on the requirements. He was meticulous, professional and made it really easy for us to have our pool certified with no issues on the fencing. For the side gates and front fence, he customised a Hampton’s style aluminum picket fencing to match our house- which turned out beautiful and also a privacy screen to match our balcony- meeting the requirements for our final occupancy certificate.

I have used Pool Safe now on three occasions and they continually to be the cheapest and best quality. Nothing is a trouble to them and their installations are very neat and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them

With a custom large area; including enclosing a cliff as part of the pool safe edge, as well as a further 30m hillside for an inclined fence to deal with; Poolsafe laid out some options and accepted some custom modifications from us before delivering a detailed quote that we accepted.
