Initial contact prior to sale was helpful, post sale contact was atrocious, Item was delayed by 2 months with no contact from staff.
When questioned staff made weak excuses, and did not assist when trying to come up with solutions. Will not be using again

A big THANKS to Team Kane & Curtis for bringing our pool back to new. We've tried a few different companies to make our equipment clean the pool properly with lousy results. Only Kane & Curtis have the knowledge and experience to bring it back to a pool we now want to jump in to!

Yesterday afternoon both my Polaris Booster Pump and my salt water chlorinator decided their time was up. Today (28 December 2022) I contacted a number of retailers to see if they could assist. Without doubt Pool and Spa Warehouse provided the best response in timeliness, efficiency and price. There is no doubt that their competitors are not as customer focused. I went into the Kirrawee store at 10 am and by 2 pm the booster pump and chlorinator has been supplied and fitted (at what I consider to be a very fair price). I will not bother contacting other companies for my future needs - I will simply go directly to Pool and Spa Warehouse at Kirrawee - Thank you Robyn (in store) and Michael (service technician).

I am very disappointed with the quality of the pool cleaner that was purchased (Zodiac). Within 2 years of purchasing it, we had to invoke warranty. Less than a year later, the product became faulty again, and we could no longer invoke warranty since the warranty period had run out. The product is now completely useless. They are now asking for $120 just to have it looked it, which is ridiculous. I have now abandonded it, and decided to purchase a brand new one for my tenant.

These guys could not have been more helpful. Stuck with a broken filter in the middle of summer, the team came out to replace it as soon as they could. Much better service than the other three stores I tried.
Can't recommend them enough.

They have great prices, and shipped super quick but what makes them even better than a lot of other businesses is their after sales service. The team has been great and it wasn't just a ship and forget they have been very timely, polite and quick to reply. Would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent service and advice, I could have played $1200.00 for a new chlorinator, but they asked I bring my current unit in for a full test, left with a new salt cell, $480.00 now that's a shop that puts customers needs first.

I started with just a pool testing account which was always a fantastic and accurate reading, and along with the chemical support they provide which comes with a loyalty card for Chlorine its easy.

I recently had the filters off during a recent holiday and came back to see a sea of Green algae alive and well in the pool.quick trip to the warehouse - a quick chat a plan of action, armed with the right chemicals - it all went to plan.

Booked a service call they fitted a few new parts and even dropped in to see if all was going well.

Well worth the experience and the interaction.

Had a new filter installed - friendly easy-going installer who arrived on time and completed the job quickly and really professionally, leaving our place really clean. Pool shop always available for answers to queries and I am left with the feeling they really do care about their customers. Highly highly recommended - I'm thrilled to have found them.
