A Sunday morning and I called to discuss my ‘humming’ pool pump which wasn’t working… spoke to Martin and he said as they weren’t busy to bring it in. On arrival Nick (technician) had a look at it, found the problem and fixed it, all within 30mins! Great service… thanks guys!

Went there today, 2 guys and a female instore. One guy was on the phone the whole 30 mins we were there. The other guy ignored us till about 5 mins to 4 then mu 5 year old wanted to go to the toilet he said we had to drive up the road. Which my husband did. He then said they were closed and could not sell us items today but could come back the following day. Shocking racist place.

Avoid this store at all cost. Total nonsense service.
They are very nice with sales but have very limited servicing ability.

I bought Active X6 robotic cleaner costing me 2500$. I was told they do on-site repairs and in shop repairs which is much quicker compared to if I buy from anywhere else. Now, that the cleaner went bad within 6 months, they are making excuses of “oh we are not trained to repair this”, “there is only one service guy in Campelltown”, “we don’t have parts”, and after following up after a week, the response is “we don’t know how long it will take”. It’s a week and no one seems to know when they will service the cleaner and return it.

Nope. Never visiting this store again.

I came in looking for a solution to my black spot issue that just didn’t want to go away. Tom and the team helped me get the right products, guided me on how to use them and now I can safely say it’s all gone! Great work guys! Thanks again! Would 100% recommend them.

The service technician arrived without an appointment and luckily we were at home. Thankfully he did a good job. At the end when I offered him payment he took my credit card and took a photo front and back. I raised my concern, but he stated that this is required for payment though the store. 10 days later I was charged $90 but a week later I was charged $165. As it was after hours I had to cancel my credit card as I suspected credit card fraud. The new credit card took 7 days and the disputed refund took 61 days. After complaining to the Managing Director it took a reminder to get a response and disappointingly not even an apology was offered.

Very knowledgeable young man served me with great advice and even went out of his way to send me to a different pool shop for the part I was looking for

Wow.how good is the Windsor Pool and Spa warehouse. I had to replace my saltwater cell, I rang up the Pool & Spa Warehouse at Windsor and a lady answered the phone, I am sure she told me her name was Tammy, over 20 years experience in the pool insustrail, not only was the price right, but she put an order in for me to pick my Cell up from Bankstown which it was closer for me to pick up today, after install the cell, the display on the main system was showing errors, so I rang her up again and the service I got from her and the young guy working on Saturday 03/12/2022 was unreal, 100% service and customer care. I use to go to another pool shop before, but now I will definitely change to Pool and Spa Warehouse.thank you so much guys from the Windsor store.have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Decent store a lot of items were mixed on the shelves and hard to find prices bit dear compared to others

After floods and no maintenance throughout winter.

Having just had our pool installed I needed advice on which pool cleaner I needed. Tom was a great help and explained everything to us, now we have a crystal clear pool all year round. Staff are friendly and the guys who service the pool always do a great job.

Purchased a Zodiac FX18 Robotic Pool Cleaner from Pool Spa Warehouse - super quick delivery despite COVID freight issues plaguing everyone. Competitive pricing.

The Zodiac FX18 is a compact cleaner, but very efficient. We upgraded to a 100 micron filter, which was a great choice in hindsight. Our spa pool was heavily polluted from construction site dirt / dust which was very fine. The FX18 with the 100 micron filter captures these fine particles.

Only criticism of the FX18 is the filter outlet on the top of the unit. It creates a backwash / stream in the water. When the unit climbs the walls, the backwash stirs up the dirt on the pool floor. The dirt is then suspended in the water and not on the floor for the robot vacuum to suck up. I assume the next model up in the range has cleaning options to cancel wall cleaning, which would allow the unit to stay on the pool floor.

Overall very happy with the unit. Easy to empty and to get started. We have even nicknamed him Walli (C).

If you need anything for your pool you can’t go past pool & spar warehouse they’ve got everything I went in and thought I would have to order parts I needed but Ryan and another staff member went out of there way to call for advice etc and found the parts in house awesome friendly service I highly recommend them

Tom, one of the staff at the store, assisted with a repair to my Rebel pool cleaner under warranty. Tom provided friendly and prompt service, going above and beyond my expectations to get the cleaner operating good as new again.

This place is ridiculous never get a pool from here. They say they are ordering parts but everytime you check there is a excuse.

Had James install our new filter and chlorinator recently. Very professional job done by him. Fast install - clean and tidy. So refreshing to have a tradesperson arrive on time and have no hassles. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend this store for any pool service or equipment.

Very helpful and wide range. Great advice from Lewis & Tom - they seem to know what they are talking about and aren't bad to look at lol. Will be back on the weekend to test my pool water.

We recently purchased an Acoustic Box Pump and Filter Cover, a few days after our purchase we received an email from the owner thanking us for our purchase which we thought was extraordinary customer service. We love the way the unit came together with easy to follow instructions, it fits really well within our pool area. Thank you for an excellent product.

100% recommend these guys. I dealt with Tom and he was fantastic and answered all my questions and arranged installation around my schedule. Installation was done without any issues and I look forward to continuing my business with Pool and Spa Warehouse Penrith.
