Excellent customer service. They explain the purpose of jobs and products, and give recommendations that suit your budget. Had a pool cleaner and chlorinator installed, it was well priced compared to competitors and the installer ran through the required maintenance afterwards in great detail.

The friendly and knowledgeable staff have helped keep my pool in top condition for a number of years.
I have also used their service for problems with equipment etc and found them to provide a reliable, honest service at very reasonable prices. It is a pleasure dealing with this company

As a first time pool owner the team at Pool Palace have been awesome. They have time to explain everything and the patience to repeat when I forget or misunderstand what they said.

Pool Palace Bexley run a very professional and friendly pool shop. They were a pleasure to deal with, both over the phone and also at my home. I became very frustrated by 2 of their competitors who I contacted first as they are geographically closer to my home.
Firstly, it took many months to book in a suitable time with Poolwerx Beverly Hills to come on site, mostly due to their very limited timeframe of available - e.g. No appointments made after 1.00pm. When I eventually booked in a time, they didn't turn up.
Secondly, I contacted Peakhurst Pool Shop on multiple occasions, over the phone and in store) trying to book in a time, but without any success.
Charlie from Pool Palace carried out our service. He was 100% courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He dealt with all of my concerns.
Save yourself the heartache and go straight to Pool Palace.

Highly recommend pool palace for all your pool needs. I went to them after my original pool plumber "john" cost me $$$$$ in mistakes. Kurt from pool palace was more than willing to come take over the job and fixed everything that needed to be done from pipeing to my solar.
