Ponds 'R' Us

Our dealings with Ric have been absolutely rewarding and informative. We built a large garden fishpond about 30 years ago which, when we decided to refurbish it, revealed a number of technical errors in our original construction. Ric has been most generous with his advice and time. Apart from installing a suitable pump and filter system, we have removed all the edging rocks which were covering many leakage points. These have all been eliminated. Ric has always been available to talk us through the process and guide our activities in a logical direction. We are now putting the finishing touches in place - a situation we would have been unlikely to reach without Ric's close support.

I purchased a preformed pond and filter yesterday from this company. Rick who assisted me was extremely friendly, helpful and patient, especially when the best l could do was show him a picture of what l wanted to achieve. He explained everything l needed to do to get the end result l wanted. I would highly recommend Ponds 'R' Us to anyone contemplating any type of water feature. Thankyou Rick.

Beware. On the 25/5 i spent $13,300.4 months later i am still waiting on items. Communication has become impossible, unless i use a private number and call the shop. Always an apology but never a refund. There has been no attempt to send me my items or issue a refund despite Rick promising he will send one “right away”. Emails and texts ignored. I have had to contact the Ombudsman and ACCC to attempt to get my money back for unsent items.
Rick the pond man is a yes man. He will sound sincere but use my experience as a lesson. SHOP ELSEWHERE

Rick is the best. We have an algae problem that’s doing our head in for over 12 months now. I call up Rick asking how to install the 36w one and pipes/pump as it not make sense to me. Rick was so patient, kind and couldn’t help us enough. As we live a distance away, he said send me some photos and will explain how to attach the UV clarifier. Rick was all over it like a fat kid on a Smartie. All over it. Thanks so much! Highly recommend

Rick did some work for us not long ago. The service was amazing and he is so knowledgeable. They are also very well stocked so if you need anything for your garden, ponds or statues then give this local place a go.

I had a superb experience with Ponds 'R' Us. The owner is very passionate about ponds and will guide you with everything you need. They have a very good range of premium products specially made for ponds. I purchased pond liner from them and it's been over six months now and its going great, especially with all the uncertain weather NSW is going through right now (floods). They also have a variety of decorative sculptures for ponds which are locally made by the owners father. I will highly recommend this place for any beginner or experienced pond enthusiasts.

Tremendous service, pouring down rain late on a Friday afternoon and still more than happy to split up large beautiful water lillys and pot them up for me. Definitely going back to get more of them this week and highly recommend this place for all your pond needs.
