2Really disappointed in this business. Had a pool resurfaced and the product did not stick to surface. Approved warranty claim now and they don’t return calls or commit to fixing a problem on the pool after months of chasing.voicemail messages go unanswered and no commitment given to when the pool will be fixed. Clearly prioritising paid work and not quality. Thought they were a reputable business. Now have to suffer further pain of lodging a claim through NCAT just to get a timeline to get work done.
We can't speak highly enough of Craig, Ruth and the team at Polytherm in Thornton. They did a wonderful job but they did more than that. They turned up on time every day, they brought the whole crew, everything was so organised, and they always sounded like they were enjoying themselves even though it was not exactly easy work! Their communication is first rate (with us and also between themselves) and they made it stress-free for us. Fantastic!
