Sensei Jess is an excellent teacher who simultaneously demands respect and develops strong relationships with the kids. Very supportive of kids who are reluctant or feel anxious participating.

Pollets Penrith is a welcoming, inclusive and family friendly dojo and Sensei Jess is a highly experienced and very knowledgeable Martial Artist. She teaches her students in a calm, fun and relaxed, but also technical and professional manner, which brings out the best in each student. Her passion and dedication to the Martial Arts and her students is second to none.
I cannot recommend Pollets Penrith highly enough. The Little Tigers (2-6yr olds) class has instilled so much confidence in my girls and they are learning the foundations of the Martial Arts in a fun and safe environment. And I have benefited enormously through training across all of the Martial Arts offered and we have all made lifelong friends.

Absolutely an amazing dojo, everyone treats you like family and will help you achieve your goals.

Good high intensity classes with very helpful instructors and a great facility I would highly recommend!
