It tasted amazing and we all thought it tasted like Neapolitan icecream with the strawberry/white choc swirl with chocolate ganache amongst the layers. Definitely my favourite flavour cake!

This business has no heart. Tried to order something lovely for my Stepdad who is alone after my Mum passed-tried at Christmas, and then again now, the day before his birthday. The first order via Uber Eats was not delivered. My Stepdad left work early and drove home (from North Sydney to Windsor) to wait for his present to be delivered.never happened. I gently mentioned the Christmas incident, because I wanted to be sure he received it this time. I was met with "policy" and there was no wiggle room (which there really should be when a business screws up something so big). They wouldn't accept my credit card over the phone, they wouldn't put anything aside for a family member to pick up (I'm in Canada), and they apparently aren't up and running on Uber Eats yet this year (even though they're on the website, and you can place an order!) There wasn't so much as a sorry, and I ended the call asking where on earth their heart was. So many businesses run on heart and customer service and kindness.but I guess not this one.

I am a Vanilla Slice tragic, the traditional VS from Poles Patisserie is in my experience, one of if not the nicest slice you’ll find anywhere. The smooth vanilla filling between puff pastry top and bottom, topped off with their amazing passion fruit icing is phenomenal. Well done Poles owners and staff.

We had delicious quiche, pies and sausage rolls from here. We can't wait to come back and try some more!

Another stunning cake from Poles.
They have never failed to impress and I buy a cake every year now. Decorations are fantastic and the cake is always perfect, delicious and moist. I usually upsize the cake then slice and freeze the extra for later ;)

For my birthday cake I had a pretty spasific vision and I damn well got what I wanted. The cake was a work of art, I could barely bring myself to cut into it.
