Pole Plus Studios

Poleplus has been my pole haven and home away from home for almost 5years. I always look forward to my classes, sharing achievements (and failures) with the poleplus family & friends. Such a wonderful group of caring instructors who provide a great range of classes catering for all levels (including kids) and interests such as fitness, dance, pole, lyra and stretch/flexibility!

I have been having private lessons with Lyndal for about 1yr and she has helped me progress so much on my pole journey.
Having hypohydrosis I have really struggled along my way, but Lyndal always teaches me different ways to help me, and I am loving pole

This studio is amazing! Can’t recommend it enough! Having no dance/pole experience, I was nervous to come along for the first time, but Lyndal and the whole team make you feel so welcome and comfortable from the very moment you walk in. The teachers are inspirational, talented, friendly and patient. I have been there years now and have done some terms of pole and floorwork (dance)! So so fun and such a great workout too! Win-win!

I could not recommend Pole Plus enough. The team are the most inviting and encouraging bunch of ladies you could ever meet. I have gained so much strength and confidence in the time I have been doing pole classes. It is so much fun; it doesn't even feel like you're exercising!
