I had a great experience with Poho recently. I ordered the Sweet Pea Posy ($100) for pickup, and was in a bit of a rush on the day. It was only until the next day I realised the arrangement looked quite clumped up and disappointing compared to the website photo.

I brought this up with the team, and they fully acknowledged that my arrangement was not made as skillfully or delicately as it should have been. The past arrangements I have ordered have all been excellent, although mistakes happen, and this is understandable.

The team was kind enough to make it up to me by delivering another arrangement of my choice straight to my door the next day, to the high quality that I have experienced in the past.

This is the second time now I have received a disappointing bunch of flowers from
Poho. Wilting flowers within 12 hours. I follow care instructions however it’s evident that the flowers are not fresh, and for the price tag, they should be. Especially for Mother’s Day. So disappointed especially having to wait half an hour for them. Extremely poor quality

Their flowers are stunning! One of the best florists in Sydney. Their delivery service is delicate and friendly. (There was one disappointment. Once out of 50-60 times) overall, Highly Recommended!

I have now received 3 lots of flowers from Poho Glowers Potts Point, that have died within 12 hours. The first 2 I let go cause this is a tough business and I understand but 3 times in a row is a bit much.

Ordered what I thought would be a big beautiful bunch of the pastel range to receive something that looked like it was purchased from Harris farm.

Once we complained they said they colour matched the photo of the flowers but those flowers were no longer in season. $300 will apparently get you 5 roses filled with greenery and sticks with these guys despite what their website might show. Advertising a product and not delivering that same one is not legal. I usually wouldn’t go to this effort but after explaining it was for a friends 30th and we were disappointed and showed proof we did not get what we ordered a simple sorry we didn’t meet your expectations won’t do.

Thank you for putting it in writing that the flowers you have up in your website are different from the ones you sold. Shocking customer service, You can expect a call from fair trading.

A flower shop with a nice team who make beautiful bouquets using a selection of bright coloured flowers. It was my first time witnessing ‘reflexing’ roses which consist of peeling back the petals to give the rose a more voluminous shape. I bought three bouquets over three days to take to friends for various occasions and the bouquets were so beautiful, supported with heavy cardboard, a bright ribbon and a free card to write a message to the recipient. I let the team member know the amount of money I would like to spend and they go around selecting the flowers asking whether I am happy with the colours selected. I highly recommend Poho flowers.

Asked them to deliver on wednesday for an anniversary, they delivered on monday. They were also supposed to put some ornamental flower along with the roses but they didnt.

I've never met a wonderful flower delivery shop before poho.actually i was nervous.because im here in Korea wanted to sending to paddington Gallery.but poho Flowers was perfect delivery and nice conversation! If you read my review Don't hesitate order now!

If you’re like me and you’re after a bouquet for a loved one, you can fully trust Poho to put together something stunning.

I simply let them know of my budget, colour preference, and within 15 minutes this beauty was whipped up.

Thanks for this amazing arrangement.

Poho has been my florist of choice since moving into the Kings Cross area twenty years ago. The skills of the florists are second to none (my previous florist was the now-defunct House of Hilton), the customer service is second to none (nothing is too much of an effort) and the product is second to none. Poho is an institution within the Kings Cross area which should be supported by all members of what has traditionally been a close-knit community (we look after our own).

DISAPPOINTING SERVICE but Our flowers looked beautiful. The flowers dropped off in the bride's room were incorrect, pushed to the side and boys boutonnieres dropped off with no explanation. Our cermony was 40mins late because of this. Then the reception flowers were dropped off at the wrong location, $500 wasted and disappointed we had no reception flowers. Spend your money somewhere else and don't use them for weddings

Flowers are overpriced and although they say they use seasonal flowers, the actual bouquet did not look similar to the picture on their website. Try urban flower instead!

Lovely bunch of flowers from Poho for my friends birthday today.

However. I requested for pink, whites and gold tones ie very similar to the display picture advertised on there website and to please please please! Have an orchid in the bouquet or if they did not have orchids to please be advised of so. I surely thought in spending $150 just on the flowers (I spent more $$ on top of this for the vase, chocolate and delivery $242.50 total). That they would include an orchid it was a medium bunch not the smallest. The colouring fair enough.it is what it is.but I clearly requested for an orchid and if it was not to be in the bunch to be advised of this and this is what has upset me.

It is the second time this has happened here, the first time i requested for an orchid but however didn’t ask to be advised if there was no orchid (last order was a large bunch) I opted for a smaller bunch this time round just incase the same was to happen in which it has. I even sent an email straight after the order was placed with instructions regarding my request to ensure they were 100% received and not misplaced in the online ordering form & still no contact was made and no orchid in the bunch once again. My order was made 2 days before the requested delivery date also.

I understand it goes on seasonal flowers but orchids are readily available at the moment, you’re even advertising them in bunches of flower as of today on your Instagram and last 24 hours of stories. And for the amount paid I believe it should of been included in the order especially if it was requested by the customer.even if it’s just the one orchid stem. Your large bouquet; one size up from what I ordered depicts 2-3 stems of orchids in its display picture. So please be wary when ordering even if requesting a particular flower.

I usually order from Hermetica now but they were booked quiet a few days in advance and I wanted to add a side of chocolates which I couldn’t do with this florist as they only offer candles as an extra/additional side so I went back to Poho for this order for that reason, however I don’t think I’ll be retuning comparing the quality with Hermetica now and ignoring my request especially in the price of the bouquet. I would be more understandable if I was paying under $100-$120 to not expect an orchid in the bouquet.

Happy to provide receipts as proof of purchase as I’m not spruking another business/florist. This is just my opinion I’d like to express compared to other experiences with similar local businesses.

Again the bouquet is beautiful but disappointed when you request a particular flower + the display photo of bouquet you’ve order show’s that particular flower in it + the flower you’ve requested is in season and then the bouquet shows up without it.

Picture shows what was received to what is advertised.

Tulips "en masse". They looked.okay. Quite small, almost felt like it was a medium size. Paid $230 including delivery. Was the price worth it? No. Plus given your branding and pictures online I expected some drama, say a bit of height variation.

I recently ordered flowers to be delivered to a dear friend who’s having a hard time through covid lockdown and needed a pick me up.

I just wanted to express many thanks to you guys and what you do for people across Sydney! My friend absolutely adored her flowers and many thanks to the courier driver who handled my misinformation on the delivery address with such patience and humility.

Ordered them a day prior and delivery was spot on time the next day!

I ordered a lavish bespoke arrangement for my mum’s birthday as our plans were cancelled due to lockdown. The arrangement was stunning and well above my expectations! My mum was breathtaken by how beautiful it is. 2 days later and it’s still lovely and fresh! Thank you SO MUCH for a stunning arrangement, and for brightening up my mum’s day!

I'm very sad to write this review as I have been a happy customer of Poho for many years. However, the service, quality of flowers and value for money has, to me, steadily decreased over the last year or so. Some (not all) of the staff are quite rude and disinterested, and I find unless I am very prescriptive about exactly what flowers I want (and ask the prices of each type up front) I end up being overcharged for some very sparse arrangements. I recently paid $60 for a total of 9 stems, half of which were wilting by the following day. It is absolutely heartbreaking to have to give a gift (as flowers so often are) that doesn't live up to expectation/expense. Just not good enough for a premium service (with a price tag to match!).

Terrible service. I always feel like I've done something wrong by walking in? Not a nice feeling to have when entering a store. I've bought flowers from here 3 times. Every single time the flowers died within a couple of days, (and this was not due to a lack of care on my end). Not worth your time or money.
