Earlier in the month of June 2023, I was very confused about Bridging Visa B, either it is allowed for a holiday/travelling reason or not (because the Home Affairs did mention we must have substantial reason, which I thought it is only for urgent matter). I simply want to ask this one question and most of the migration agents or lawyers require certain appointment and even payment to provide an opinion/advice. I was searching and found POCKET LEGAL as one of the recommended agencies. I was trying my luck to send an email, asking for their opinion/advice, and AMAZINGLY GOT A REPLY from Ben (The professional Lawyer) who straightaway answered my question with very clear explanation. I am very thankful for both PocketLegal and Ben, for being helpful and sincere eventhough I was a complete stranger, asking their assistance, and they did spend time to help me. I would personally like to thank Benji for all of his help with my stressful visa issue. I contacted pocket legal over the 2022 holidays, not expecting to hear back from them until the new year. I received a call from Benji only 10 minutes after making my enquiry. After taking the time to listen to my long and confusing visa story, Benji assured me that he would be able to help me out and that everything would be fine. Over the phone he then proceeded to walk me through the process of re-applying for my visa without charging me anything. Mind you this was all over the holidays where he could have been spending time with his family. At a later date Benji also answered all of my questions about a BVB and guided me through that process as well. Without Benji I do not think I would have had the same visa outcome, and certainly would have has a lot more stress. Thank you Benji and Pocket Legal for the amazing service.
