Good purchase experience in-store and with sales staff. We were kept in the loop regarding the order and expected delivery timeframes. The items appear to be good quality and hopefully they will last.

However I've removed two stars for the VERY poor delivery and installation experience.

The delivery staff acted without any care and basically trashed my living room with the packaging. They blocked off staircase access with the sofa boxes and also left dirty shoe marks and styrofoam beads all over my floor.

Furthermore they didn't assemble the 3 seat recliner properly as it comes in two pieces. These pieces were never joined and they just left the screws behind.

Basically tarnished what was otherwise a good experience up until delivery day.

Delivery and installation is also an additional cost which makes things even worse.

We paid over 3000$ for a snuggle lounge and ottoman and they delivered it to us two days ago. We were shocked to find that we were given a small ottoman instead of the large one we paid for.

Also the lounge fabric looks faded by sunlight. The foam is a bit flat and when we sit on it it slopes down. The quality of product we received is far below what they present in their show room.

We did contact customer service but nothing happened. They told us they wanted to investigate why this mistake happened. It's not the answer we expected and we still don't know how they want to proceed.

We will never trust this brand again.

What a nightmare of a company. Cancelled a delivery without notice. Call lines busy. Store denying anything and saying they are helpless. Got informed 4 hours after delivery window that it wasn't coming. Couldn't offer next day delivery nor day after nor any time when asked. Multiple messages left, never any response. Do not buy.

I can't recommend Plush Auburn enough if you are in the market for a new lounge. I finally decided recently to buy my first brand new lounge (after years of hand-me-downs and share house living). After several weeks of shopping around I felt overwhelmed and burnt out. We wandered into Plush Auburn at the end of a long day and feeling a little disappointed with what we had seen at other stores, and were immediately impressed with the quality and comfort of the lounges on display. The staff member who helped us, Hai, could not have been more friendly and helpful and assisted us to find something perfect without being pushy. His attention to detail and knowledge are commendable. Finally after weeks of searching our experience at Plush was like a breath of fresh air and we walked out having found the perfect couch at the perfect price. This purchase was a big deal for me as a first timer, and Hai and Plush Auburn really made it a great one. 10/10

Kudos to Hai for being extremely helpful today.

We went to almost 10 stores today and every shop assistant was either not knowledgeable or apathetic.

Plush was a breath of fresh air and Hai helped us choose the perfect lounge.

Amazing customer service which I'm finding rare these days. Quality products and the delivery by suprise was great, the delivery guys even placed felt under the legs of lounge to protect the floors! Will be going back to plush 100%, I'd recommend you add this place to your list of searches. This Lounge is called the Jansen, comes in different fabrics, colours. Has adjustable head support to support different positions.

The sofa will take time to prove its value, but the customer service in this store is brilliant. I placed a custom order in May. The delivery was complicated by Covid but the team was really helpful throughout and still managed to get my sofa delivered. Hai at the Auburn store is a great person to deal with - honest with advice and very patient. He actively followed up my order after delivery to send out the battery pack that I was unable to obtain in-store due to lockdown. Highly recommended to anybody.

Don't bother. The customer service in the store is fine, but Plush as a whole is incompetent at communication. Paid for a lounge in full in January and still haven't received it. At the time I was told to expect a 12 to 14 week wait, but it has blown out to more than 24. The information you get from them is extremely minimal. We had to chase them when the 14 week mark was approaching because they told us literally nothing. If you ring their customer service line all they can tell you is what you can look up yourself on their online portal. There is no delivery date for our lounge yet. Perhaps I will remain in lounge limbo, Plush Purgatory, forever.

Recently purchased a Carlton King Setee from Hai. He was very helpful explaining the pros and cons of the fabric vs leather, as well as the different types of leather available. Eventually settling on the luxury leather for its softness. Great and easy sale process as he explained the benefits and usefulness of the fabric protection and the 10 year warranty. Would definitely recommend his services.

Omg.love this place they got the most beautiful customer service ever!

First time I when there on monday to browse around and the manager Christine she help me a lot for sofas i just bought the my first new home so i was very careful to chose something so i when almost every where to get my stuff and this was the place, well i went with my mother and i told her ill come back with my husband to see more and on wendesday i when back again with my husband.

Well Christine the manager was on day off and her staff a guy name, i think his name was "Hi" or "Hai" he new me already that Christine left the message to him, really this is really profesional hospitality!

Anyway i told him how my apartment looks like and he recommend how the sofa will goes on the leather quality and colour and the size, so pro.

Anyway because of this good quality i have to wait for 12 weeks to get my sofa, it wealth it! I will recommend to every one seriously.

There is few other places near by as well similar but they got the best leather and best customer service.

Really, Thank you a lot that i dont have to look more around the other places and made up my mind in here.

Great collection of fabric & leather sofas under one roof. We met with Christine. She is a lovely person. Spent enough time with us to show around and work out the right design with correct dimension for our living room & home theater. Thank you, Christine. We are really happy. Couldn't find anything similar in any other outlet.

Great experience at the Auburn store with Christine. Lovely, friendly customer service - complete with a good deal and movement on the price! We were extremely happy with Christine's customer service. We bought a lovely leather lounge and looking forward to receiving it. Really like the designs also, we spent the day popping into many places but settled on the one at Plush. Design, value, service and price is what settled it!
