Plush Skin and Laser Clinic

I recently visited Plush Laser Clinic Burwood, for my first ever laser hair removal appointment. Cara served me so well and made me feel very comfortable throughout the session. The clinic has a beautiful and clean vibe, I will definitely be coming here again!

Great customer service in regards to explaining the packages and prices, sending reminders for appointments; as well as brand new and classy amenities.
I have done Acne treatments on my face and back and I cannot fault Cara's work. She is an outstanding beauty therapist; she is very courteous and skilled! My money was very well spent in this clinic, specially being well located in the heart of my neighbourhood.

I love this place! Ben is my beautician and he is the best! His customer service is wonderful and he makes me feel comfortable. My skin always feel and look so beautiful after my facial, and it continues to look great afterwards. They only use the best products. I've been to other places and it is not the same quality. Highly recommend them. Keep up the amazing job!

BUYER BEWARE! As a background,: As a local, I supported as many local businesses as possible during COVID. Intially I took out a 10 course laser package. I then, on their advice, took another 10 course package at a reduced rate. I asked why the results weren't what I expected, I was advised the hair growing back is fair and I wouldn't get any better result. I accepted the answer (altough I wish they had have told me prior to purchasing the 2nd package) and suggested they laser another area to use up the treatments left. Thats the context. So after asking managment how many treatments I had left, I never received a call and it was left to a member of staff to advise me at a confirmed appontment, I would have to pay " as I'd used up the balance ". Clearly they cannot divide arm pit laser cost into the balance of the leg laser cost package. I told them told I was furious with my treatment as a local, and asked for the manager to call. I am still waiting a month later. Never again.

I've been to a few skin clinics in Sydney, this one is honestly the best in town! The clinic is clean and smells nice, they use quality products that leaves my skin glowing after each treatment.
And the customer service is second to none! I recently had a confusion with my purchase, Mina was so kind and patient, she took the time to explain everything to me, worked out a plan that suits me and even saved me some money along the way, highly recommend!
