Anthony was the best salesperson I have ever met. He really helped us through the process of choosing a new lounge at the Alexandria store. His knowledge about sofas and how to choose the right one was amazing. Thank you Anthony!

I would leave ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. From the best sales team, they have the WORST AFTER SALES TEAM. NOT READY TO HELP. DON'T GIVE ANY SOLUTIONS. WE BOUGHT 2 TWO SEATER RECLINERS, NOT EVEN 4 YEARS BACK AND THE AFTER SALES TEAM HAVE BLAMED ME FOR NOT CLEANING IT. THE LEATHER HAS CRACKED AND THE SEAT HAS SUNK. WHEN YOU ARE BUYING FROM THEM, THE SALES TEAM TELLS YOU THAT THESE ARE EASY FIXES. BUT THE AFTER SALES TEAM, SIMPLY TELLS YOU THAT WE CANT HELP. AND THEY ONLY CARE FOR PARTS FOR WHICH THEY CAN CHARGE YOU. DISAPPOINTED! I HAVE TOLD THAT THE LEATHER ON THE COUCHES ARE BEYOND REPAIR. IF THESE GUYS DON'T HELP WITH SUCH THINGS THEN WHAT OTHER PROBLEMS DO THEY EXPECT FROM LEATHER COUCHES. WE HAVE 10 YEAR WARRANTY WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN USED. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I CONTACT THEM AND THEY DONT HELP.

The service from Nico was outstanding. He gave great advice not pushing for the most expensive lounge. Our intention was to buy a lounge that day and the service we had received from other stores in the centre was dreadful. We are just very glad we came across Plush and most importantly Nico. Also they have a "cooling off" period which worked perfectly for us as, after going home and thinking about it for a couple of days we changed our mind on the configuration and cancelled one of the chairs. What furniture company do you know offers this. Will definitely be going there first for any future furniture purchases.

Atrocious customer service - AFTER you’ve put your deposit down.

Ordered a new lounge on January 12 and was told it would be around 20 weeks until delivery. Fine.

On April 12, received an email saying check your order status on the web site. I did just that and, for the last month, the order status on the web site said delivery was expected on May 15 (excellent!) but nobody had contacted me about delivery. So today (May 12) I rang customer service…

And was told that “the container” was “expected at our port” on June 7! In the meantime, I’ve sold my current couch so will be without anything to sit on for at least 4 weeks.

Why wasn’t the web site updated with the new delivery date? I asked but the answer I received was gobbledygook.

Terrible after purchase service from Plush. Very disappointed. Don’t trust their web site.

This is how customer service should be in all retail outlets - exemplary approach and service from Molly who spent time listening/suggesting/locking in sale and providing great additional advice on disposing of current furniture. Made whole shopping experience, which I normally loathe, an absolute delight.

We purchased the Melbourne Couch at Plush Alexandria, the store manager Robert was extremely helpful in assisting us with making our lounge purchase. He was very knowledgeable and we felt confident and happy with our lounge purchase. Would highly recommend Plush to anyone looking at couches.

We received top rate service from the showroom manager Robert who helped us find the perfect sofa at Plush's Alexandria store. Highly recommend you speak with him about any questions on wide range of sofas and fabrics/leathers. He was very knowledgeable and made for an easy check out process, and was great / very patient with our young kids.

Plush have nice lounges that's for sure. However, the sales approach at Alexandria was a joke - old mate says oh yeah they sell themselves. Hey they don't and we wanted more help than just a blurb that the original price is blah and sale price is xxx. We voted with our feet and went upstairs to Simple Life lounges and were blown away. You can customise everything and prices are cheaper than Plush.

After nearly a year of searching for the right recliner we finally found it in the "Leroy" at Plush Alexandria NSW.
We were able to custom build our recliner to suit our needs. All seats recline (even the chaise) which was proving hard to come by. The leather is great quality and so "plush" it feels like you are on a cloud. We cannot wait for delivery. The Store Manager, Robert was very attentive and provided an outstanding service. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and was able to secure a price we simply could not refuse.
I certainly recommend Rob & the team at Plush Alexandria to anyone in need of a quality lounge & to those who really value customer service. 5 stars!

Exemplary service from Robert, the care and consideration he took in explaining my options and helping me make the best choice was outstanding. Robert's service was warm, engaged, patient and knowledgeable and the process was seamless. Highly recommended.

Robert and Chris (Plush Alexandria) provide top quality sofas that are going to last. With the 3-day return period once delivered, 10-year structural and stitching warranty and 5-year fabric protection treatment warranty - purchasing is worry-free unlike with their competitors. Will certainly be coming back!

Thanks to Robert we had a fantastic lounge shopping experience - he was extremely helpful & knowledgeable and there was no ‘pressure selling’.

We found the perfect lounge at a good price!

What a great experience. Rob, the manager, was a legend. He was engaged and proactive without making us feel pressured. He provided us with options and talked us through what was going to work best for us and our space. Would absolutely recommend.

Not a very good shopping experience. Was in store a good 15 minutes before being acknowledged and sales person seemed like that had more important things to do then wait on customer. I am pretty sure he was a manager but there was no introduction and obviously not really wanting to serve a customer and back office work was more important. No assessment of wants or needs or any help in finding what was suitable to me.

I only gave the store a 2 star in that they did have the sofa I was after to test out, which I found on my own. (A Melbourne store did not have that range but took the time out to assess my needs and give me a solution. That was a good experience) In addition there was a wall of free fabric samples which was helpful, but again, it was not offered, I just helped myself.

Lastly, for those that are wanting to support Australian jobs, everything by Plush is made in China and will have a likely 20+ week delivery period.

I came to Plush Alexandria to update our lounges after 12 years with our old lounges (also from plush Alexandria and still in great condition). I was very well looked after by Robert, who was very patient as I moved back and forth between many style and fabric choices. I was very happy with my experience overall.

On a whim, my wife and I decided it was time to replace our couch and saw the enticing sales on offer at Plush Sofas. As with most things now, we could have used the online ordering service but felt it was best to get the showroom experience, test out the couches and speak to a real person. As first time buyers from Plush, from the moment we stepped into the showroom, we had one of the best retail experiences mostly in part to the Store Manager, Robert. Robert provided a high level of customer which made purchasing our new couch as seamless and easy as possible. He was very helpful, honest and patient with our questions, and not once did he pressure us into buying or make us feel like a burden. While we didn't commit on the first day we returned a few days later to place our order and still received the same consistent high level of customer service from Robert.

If you're in the market for a new couch, I highly recommend seeing Robert and the team at Plush Sofas Alexandria. Quality products with quality customer service made for a great experience. Keep up the good work!
