Enjoy coming to this gym. I would like to complement the staff for keeping this gym neat and tidy. Hardly i have seen any equipment in my last 4 months out of order. Staff is supportive and really love coming to hit the gym

I like to visit this place 4-5 times a week. Staff is good and active, they keep gym clean.all the machines are there, except the one for forearm so no major issue.

First Day, and a great experience for me!
The manager is extremely helpful and I hope I am not too bothersome as I come to her for basic help with the operation of the equipment.

Best gym staff around, Bella is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and exercise, and Phil is also there.

They could use more weights of 250 gramms or less, I saw only one pair.

Regarding previous reviews - I just joined and was told proactively about 2 week cancellation notice (no lock in though), and it was fresh air in the evening, air cons were on.

I will give -0 star because I already told many times please cancel my membership but they didn’t cancel it and cut the two weeks fees two times this is not a good thing okey……

This "gym" is an embarassement for humanity and especially for a "first" world country like Australia. It is not worth 2 dollars a month. There is no air inside, it stinks. The machines are smelly and dirty, a perfect getaway for roaches and rats.
Don't deceive the readers how the fans and aircon are turned on.

As I wanted to cancel my membership, and since the payments are made in advance direct debit, I requested to cancel next direct debit. But I was told that I have to give 14 days notice?

Notice for what? I don’t work there, neither I have any liability nor do they have to search for a replacement in my place.

I am already bearing a loss of 50$ as the key is non- transferable. Now I have to bear loss of another 35$ membership fee of another next 2-weeks, which I don’t want to continue?

Plus fitness, if you are trying to give your members a 2-weeks time to see if they want to change the mind and still continue with you, then its better not to charge your members for that period.

It was quite disheartening to see this rule and got charged for next 2 weeks for nothing.

I requested to talk to someone from but could not get a contact number, as they have feedback forum only. So had to make this review, to make aware of this rule to other people.

Got a very bad final impression of Plus Fitness, and the way it treats its members while it comes to discontinuing membership.

Spacious, well equipped and clean gym, with a friendly team. I have been a member for many years.

Great facility and plenty of equipment, atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Staff member Shubham is very helpful and knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease, so whether you are new to the gym scene or experienced check these guys out and ask for Shubham.

Just wanted to say a big thankyou to Plus Fitness Parramatta for helping me to achieve my health goals. I've been struggling for the past few years with abnormal obesity, but with the help of the Plus team at Parramatta, I finally feel comfortable in my own body and have the confidence to be myself.here is a 1-year transformation of my training at Plus to encourage others who were like me to achieve their fitness goals and never give up!

Have been going for 3 years and absolutely love it. Good number and variety of equipments - specially helpful when you want to get your workout done in the limited time you have and the gym is crowded
Staff are great and very helpful - special mention to Shubham, Cameroon and Julia, who have done a great job at running the gym and for their help!

The gym is a great place for all level of expertise. The staff are very helpful, the gym is contently getting clean.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. I started getting personal training sessions with Julia and she is amazing! Really friendly and helpful and I can tell she genuinely does care about my health and well-being, she puts in a lot of time and effort to ensure I feel confident and really encourages and motivates me to try my best each time by pushing me to reach my personal best! I wasn’t sure about pt sessions at first but I’m so glad I started training with Julia! I used to rarely go gym maybe 1-2 a week but now I go almost everyday! Love the friendly atmosphere and trainers are really professional!:) would 100% recommend!

Here’s the truth everybody. I am not a member of the Alexandria club, I was transferred after 2 weeks of trying to cancel with parramatta. Originally I signed up here. Had to cancel my membership as I now have access to another gym free of charge. Rung up and asked the manager if there’s any way I could cancel without coming in. He said no, you need to physically come in to sign the cancellation form. I asked what if I can’t make it in during your staffed hours? He responded saying you can’t cancel and will have to continue paying. (No care what so ever) Then asked him to email me through a copy of my gym membership contract. In my contract it doesn’t say anything about physically being there in person to cancel nor did he respond to my email asking where in my agreement it states it. I then go to plus fitness head office and they tell me you can cancel you just need it in an email form in writing and fill out a cancellation form. It even states it on the plus fitness website. Either this manager is uneducated about the clubs terms and conditions or his just plain right money hungry and unhelpful. At no point did he show any care towards my needs and did not answer half my calls when I tried contacting multiple times about this. I would not recommend this club AT ALL.

Great place to workout and extremely clean. Recently joined this gym as its close to my place. Next to Police Headquarters, so it's safe to workout even during late nights. Well done

Good location makes it very convenient to people who work in parra CBD. Friendly staff and tidy gym makes training enjoyable and grateful.

Great Gym. They have everything you really need to do all body part movements. Helpful staff are there and they communicate clearly. The only thing is that they don't have deadlift platform last time I attended.

Perfect environment always and high skills staffs. The staff is really friendly and is always there when you need help while working out.
The best gym in parramatta with best workout equipments, i love it and Highly recommend.
