Great 24 hour gym, helpful and friendly owner, clean and plenty of equipment. 10/10 would recommend.

I have used this gym for the past 3 or so years. It's good. And the new look looks amazing. Justin is nice.

This is an awesome gym that’s just been recently refurbished. It has plenty of free weights, racks and machines and all the staff are super friendly which adds to the welcoming vibe. I would 100% recommend this place)

Great gym. It’s small bit has everything you need and doesn’t get crazy busy. It’s a great environment too, non-intimidating and no crazy egos floating around. They keep it nice a clean, which is a must for me.

Really bad air ventilation and bad odour, i hope they will fix this weird odour smell isues

The best local gym in town if you aren’t after a big gym, great cost, has all the equipment you need abs shower and changing facilities. 24/7. No lock in contracts. Always kept clean. Staff listen to your concerns and extremely well managed by the fabulous Justin and his team.

I visit this gym on daily basis, This is really a well maintained, pocket friendly gym.only missing part is dedicated yoga space but good part is, it's full of all the required machines.

Great gym, quite small yet usually empty and has plenty of dumbbells and plates. However hard to set up hip thrusts and an extra deadlifting barbell would be great. The barbells are a little dirty too. Nonetheless a good atmosphere and friendly employees.

After a few years, I have to update the rating from 5 to 3 because of the really bad cancellation policy that makes no sense. The gym itself was great, but the cancellation policy is horrible.

Quite small, but not crowded and has a good range of equipment. Water fountain has been out of order for sometime and staff are generally disinterested.

Great gym at a very competitive price. Justin is just the greatest guy with a big heart and soul and nothing is too much trouble, whatever the issue or question is.

Nice gym, slightly smaller than the average plus fitness suburban gyms - given that its city side. But still has everything you need for a good workout.
