This gym is perfect to train. The equipment is very clean and organised, the gym itself is well maintained, the staff is friendly, the environment there is tame and lastly the gym is not overly populated.

Not the biggest plus fitness however it is always quiet which makes it a wonderful place to get the quick workout in before or after work

Staff was good, lots of space and equipment. Parking can be impossible around lunch time.
