Great gym, staff are always friendly and always helpful with any questions and advice on gym programs and highly recommend having one on one PT session with Jacki or Scott Excellent Personal Trainers.

Honestly look forward to going to the gym everytime. The staff are very approachable and they have fantastic equipment!

By far the best facility around.
Definitely recommend. Their staff are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. They care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. The gym is very accessible and clean. People there are nice and supportive to one another like in a friendly community. X

Yesterday lunch time I visited Plus Fitness Caringbah in order to do a trial with a colleague.
Approaching the gym office I was expecting to be greeted by a welcoming and friendly staff member. Instead I was rudely greeted with: “Tell your friend next time he lets you in he will be fined $250”.
Having previously been signed up to Plus Fitness Sutherland over 3 years ago, I was told by the staff member that I was not going to be given a free trial and that I had two options, either pay $20 to train or leave.

I would rather become obese with diabetes than sign up at Caringbah Plus Fitness.
As I walk out of the gym, I’m reminded of the reasons why I canceled my membership there all those years ago:
Below average location, below average equipment & below average staff.

I went straight from there to try out Fitness First Sylvania - they offered me a 5 day free trial, the gym has a sauna, change room and showers, Olympic size pool, unlimited undercover parking, and tons of gym and cardio equipment. I would highly recommend giving them a trial.

Great atmosphere really chilled clientele…awesome staff that greet you with a hello and smile…met some really cool people…after 37 years of training Plus Fitness is the perfect gym for me

One of the best gyms I’ve been to! Plenty of equipment, very spacious so it never feels overcrowded and always clean. The staff are amazing, in particular my PT Jacki who is so knowledgeable, changes up every session so it never gets boring and always offering great advice to assist with my nutrition. Highly recommend.

Amelia is a great staff member, very friendly environment, thoroughly enjoy training here. Great new equipment and free classes. Highly recommend

Amelia is the best employee, always inspiring me to lift very heavy weights. The treadmills are immaculate, always in top condition.great variety of weight machines too. Highly recommend

Plus fitness carringbah gym is amazing. Always clean and tidy. Plent of machines and free weights on offer. Amelia on the front desk is always courteous and welcoming every day when you walk through the doors. Love going every day!

Good size gym, plenty of equipment but not too clean. Someone appeared to have spewed in the drinking fountain when I was there. Staff spend a lot of time socialising.

Friendly staff, has all the equipment you could ever want in a gym and so much more. I've been going for around 5 months now and i feel I've gotten alot more than my moneys worth

Gym is bigger than it looks from the outside. Heaps of equipment, great Staff. Highly recommend Amelia for any assistance.

Good range of exercise machines and weights. People need to be more diligent though in wiping down what they have used. Covid or no Covid it should be a no brainer And everyone should have a towel.

Orange has been my favourite colour forever so this gym is easy for me to look at. Otherwise - unremarkable.

Highly recommended, the staff (Amelia and Tim) in particular are lovely and helpful! I’ve made some lovely friendships with fellow members over the past few months of going. Also has all the equipment you need.
