First off Plus fitness has a diverse range of gym equipment which allows for all muscle groups to be reached.
Additionally the staff treat you as family which allows me to feel more confident went training at this gym.
It’s always clean and all the equipment is tidy. Also the gym is 24/7 which is a major plus.

Mostly crowded.
Closed to public transport.
Tidy neat & tidy.
Friendly staff member.
Open 24/7

I would say the worst gym in whole Sydney. I'm not sure about other staff, but the one I met was really rude and unprofessional. I was planning to move to this gym as it's close to my place, but good on that staff member, I walked out within 5min.

Moin is the best trainer first time here and always playing bangers. Positive energy always.

Extremely clean and friendly environment. The gym is spacious, has a wide variety of equipment. Management is also extremely helpful and they’re always putting in the effort to help out where they can and make you feel welcome.

Great gym. Anth and the rest of the staff are all very helpful and go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Equipment is all top notch and plenty of choices so rarely have to wait to use anything. Would highly recomend

The gym atmosphere is friendly and hygienic as well. The management takes care of the sanitation process well. Moin is very professional guy.

Great support from Instructor Prem. He is very professional and wise, loves what he does. I recommend to join Thursday Friday and Saturday sessions with him at 7 am, specially Saturday 7 am yoga session with Prem will benefit a lot.

Amazing staff, great equipment and always a good experience with these guys! Can’t recommend them enough, moin is an absolute legend who always ensures everyone is safe and enjoying their time at the gym!

The staff here is very welcoming and are very nice to me and theres not many people so the machines are always available to use
