65I attend Plus Fitness in Wolli Creek weekly, for a PT session in the morning. I find the gym to be adequate for my sessions and always clean and orderly.
What a place to visit, and work out.

Good gym and is a clean facility. It is small but it has everything that you would need for a good workout.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I delayed my payment here as I was overseas. This was my fault. But they sent me an email asking me to make the payment before the due date and I visited the office to make the payment before the due date. HOWEVER they already sent my bill to the debit company before the due date they set out! How terrible is this? What was worse was that I still keep receiving the message from the debit company saying I owe money to this gym even I made the payment before the due date they set out. I was really annoyed by their customer service and them breaking their promise. And I am not sure how much it will affect on my credits.
I don't recommend! Don't get the membership here.
Equipment is taking over two months to be fixed they don't do maintenance. On weekends/public holidays there isn't people caring about cleaning or replacing products necessary like toilet paper!
The gym is always crowded and REALLY HOT.
Great gym, my new go-to gym now for Wolli Creek. Getting fitter since I've joined, don't regret joining this gym!
Their staff told me "No refund service but just cancel your membership card if you are happy. "
This gym was incredibly responsive with some issues and I'm happy with their service.
The machines are in excellent condition and there is always some to use. The facilities are kept to a great standard and I often see the staff helping gym members which is great.
The vibe of the gym is excellent and the price is reasonable. Parking is not hard to find close to the gym either which is a bonus.
I have been at this gym for 5 days and I love it! I had a Pt session with Tony and it was great he made sure I felt comfortable and knew how you exercise with the correct form and talked to me about all me goals and achievements I now feel alot more confident going to the gym.
The equipment is good and well maintained. But the security of this gym is pretty poor. Lots of people come in without swiping a key card and members let their non-member friends in. The main door is kept open by weight at late night sometimes like in the photo. This gym is always crowded because it welcomes strangers like this.
Kept very clean and well equipped. Experienced staff. Can highly recommend my PT (Veronica) - she ia a fantastic trainer, I am getting great results in a short matter of time.
Small gym with limited equipment. Difficult to find a machine or space after work. Convenient location near the station.
The staff promised they would fix my access but I had to go back the second time to get it fixed. Incompetent staff.
I have a fitness passport so it didn't bother me as I can easily switch to another gym. However, they revoked my access for not going to the gym. I didn't want to go because it was when there were local COVID cases and the place was packed and impossible to distance from others.
Multiple members have complained about the non functioning air conditioning in the gym for months now. It is a health and safety issue as the gym is usually crowded and since everything is closed there is a severe lack of ventilation due to the non functioning AC. The owner of the gym or Plus Fitness itself should resolve this OH&S issue as a matter of priority before we take it into our hands to contact the necessary authorities and media. This has been going on for months and someone needs to do the right thing and stop taking advantage of the members.
The gym has become like a sauna. Honestly, it is just unbearable to be inside. The AC never gets fixed, after repeated complains.
Too be honest not the best gym. Only come here as it is one of the few gyms in the area. No aircon very hot. Very small gym and almost always crowded. Although most optimally using the space that it has, at the end of the day, just a very small gym. Very frequently the inside of the gym would be much more warmer than the outside.
I have been with this gym for one year, never late for payment, only since last fornight, due to few pending transactions in my bank account, the payment was unsuccesfully deducted. I reached out to the gym immediately the next day to sort it out, and then it's where the drama began, firstly they said all good, will leave a note to not deduct me dishonor fee, however, I received an email from their money collecter pay smart last week, saying I will be charged a dishoured fee. So I had to call pay smart to explain everything and waive it off. On the same day, I went to gym paid in person with my card. I thought that would be end of story.
However on this Monday, I was hassled by gym saying I didn't pay this OVERDUE amount, and apparently they didn't carefully read whatever note their staff left for the payment I made. I had to explain it all over again.
And today, I got deducted more than usually what I should pay in a fortnight, and I HAD TO CALL THEM AGAIN.
Their only solution is to let me wait untill they can check it out why.
I feel more than disappointed with this gym. Giving that I paid on time for one year, only one unsuccessful payment happened, and I am the person want the money to be deducted successful more than anyone honestly.is this how they should treat a customer by wasting all my time and have the staff leaving no-body-read notes?
Despite the lack of locker room this small yet resourceful gym provides everything you need for a full scale workout
Not very good for fitness equipment and area. However, it's cheap, if you just want to take a running after dinner, here is suit for you
Really well managed with new and quality equipment. Staff is skilled and friendly, nice atmosphere in the gym. They done a very good job during the covid 19 cleaning after every person.
