Hi, tiny gym with unethical practices, and all equipment is cramped up, arrogant staff, who are not looking to solve a patrons problem, they changed my club membership without even informing me and now are asking me to pay by involving recovery agents who keep harrowing me, after me canceling my membership in time.i asked them to please put a hold on my membership, And they asked me to come to gym during peak Covid-19 for filling up a form, I asked them to email me the form which didn't want and forced me to come to the gym even when I was uncomfortable and didn't want to go because of safety issues, the world is battling covid-19, haven't used their gym since January 2020, and now they want me to pay an excess of $175 by involving recovery agents, They are unprofessional and only interested in your money. They responded to my email 2 months later, Please stay away from using plus fitness Rockdale as they are unethical, unprofessional and unapologetic in their ways of dealing with customers especially if you are an expat then they take it to the next level.absolutely gutted and disgusted and frustrated and intimidated and worried about my life by their handling of my case.

The gym is small but has most equipments that I needed however one thing urgently need to be improve is the toilets need to be mop daily, when I change from work cloth to gym gear in the toilet the floor is never clean, please there are only 3 stalls in the gym mop it daily

Clarifying previous statement, when I say, "accumulated amount of dead skin to equipment" I am referring to the cross fit equipment next to the dead lift frame.

Poor ventilation and air conditioning off, some of the equipment you find an accumulated amount of dead skin and grime to it, lots of parking, relatively clean toilet but the doors do not close automatically, the space is super small.

Great little gym and has this private gym vibe. It's never too busy that you have to wait around for equipment to be free.

My time there was great would recommend and the best part about it no lock in contracts which is a + also staff are great

Unfriendly, fraudulent and incompetent owner. We cancelled the memberships and he tried to extend our notice period of an extra 2 weeks despite Plus Fitness policies. Very poor communication. I ended up calling our bank to block the payments. Stop wasting people's time!

Response: Which part of my email you don't understand? Since Thursday I was requesting you to explain as you were breaching your own policies. You have not responded to my e-mail.

As per my e-mail:
You've received and processed cancellation forms on the 24th of September at 8: 33AM, which was also the payment day. The next debit, after the forms were handed in, was 13 hours later at 9: 35pm (see attachment), which was as per your policies 1 final payment. Trying to charge us for an extra 2 weeks, extending our notice period to one month and even canceling our access cards for the period you wanted to charge us is fraudulent.

7. Termination and Membership

a. After the Term, this Agreement will continue until terminated by you.b. Payments will continue until notified. You may terminate this agreement by providing us with 14 days written notice (1 final payment)

I requested the cancellation of our membership on the 21st of September on Monday morning and had to chase it up with your staff, as you wouldn't send it promptly. Now I can see that it was a deliberate attempt to extort money from us. I have reported a fraud attempt to our bank and blocked you from processing any further payments. If you attempt any unauthorized payment collection from a different account I will report you to the Police and take you to the Fair Trade.

Let me know if there is anything you still don't understand about your own policies.

Small gym BUT it makes it more private as it is not over crowded and the staff there are great.

Would recommend a repair to several of the machines in this gym. Unfortunately not as kept as some of the other Plus Gyms around.

The gym is slow to replace damaged equipment, mismatching attachments, bizarre threat of fine to prevent adjusting music volume. However the atmosphere is adequate and regulars are nice.

Staff extremely friendly. Members are also very good to get along with. Good solid gym, no judgements and never had an issue

Great gym with brand new facilities. Everything is clean and well lit. Have equipment for all types of training and awesome location too.

Hands down the best gym in Rockdale. I love the new equipment and the staff are always helpful and make it easy to deal with.

New equipment, state of the art cardio with inbuilt entertainment, I can be here for hours and lose track of time. Staff and member are great and welcoming.

Attempted to attend this 24/7 gym (hence the name Plus Fitness 24/7) on a Sunday morning and it was closed. False advertising

I just signed up via online promo. The process was easy, the club is great, price is reasonable cant ask for much more.

I started training here just over a month ago. Very happy with the gym, the equipment is well maintained, staff friendly.

This gym is always clean and well presented. Very happy with the staff, very approachable and easy to deal with. Keep up the good work

Good gym, conveniently close to home. Staff are extremely helpful and facility super clean and well maintained.
