From the first contact with the lovely Tammy through to the quoting and installation of a new water heater, the Plumblogic guys were fantastic. They made an extra effort to get our job done as quickly as possible so we would not be without hot water for any longer than necessary. I highly recommend Plumblogic.

I have been a PLUMBLOGIC customer for years. I always rely on their service every time I have a plumbing problem. This time was to fix the gas leak found to be present both under the house as well as externally. As always, I was immensely satisfied with the latest job completed today as follows:

Carried out replacement of the Galvanised Natural Service
Replacement from the Gas Meter to the house
Hand excavated a trench from the meter to the house
Laid 20mm cooper gas service as required in trench with sand to protect the pipe
Backfilled the trench with existing soils and grass onsite
Installed 20mm copper gas service under the house
Disconnected old galvanised service to stove and water heater and reconnected with copper as required and new isolation ball valves
Carried out pressure testing of gas service as required
Carried out purging of gas line and operation of hot water heater and stove
Cleaned up of all work areas and removal of any rubbish

The job (new hot water heater) was much neater than most I see, qaulity work. I used the boys because they're local, I'm sure they're not the cheapest but I'm unsure you'd get better VALUE with many other trades people. You should see their trucks and equipment, it's not the typical little hilux single cab ute, these guys have what seems every tool under the sun.

We woke up early Friday morning to discover that we had no hot water for our showers in the morning. I rang Dan from Plumblogic around 0630 in morning and told him my situation, even though the Plumblogic team were extremely busy he still managed to fit us in and replaced our Rinnai infinity hot water system by 1400hrs that afternoon. Apon completing his works Dan cleaned everything up and removed all of the rubbish including the old system, his pricing was very fair and his workmanship very professional. I highly recommend Dan and his team will definitely call on them again when needed.
