Waited a week for someone to come to my property for a quote which i was fine with, i understand everyone is busy. But after having a plumber at my property to prepare a quote, i have now waited for 2 weeks for that quote after being told i would have it in 48 hours. I have made 3 follow up calls over the past week asking for the quote. I have given up and will be going elsewhere. If you dont want to do the job at least have the decency to tell me.
