I had called to get a quote and arranged a time apparently plumber showed up when I was getting another quote (expensive job so was getting 2 quotes) I did not see this plumber and apparently the other plumber took him through and explained the job. At no time did this company advise that they were at my house and have since said they will not be quoting complete waste of time would not recommend them UNPROFESSIONAL

Having a VERY leaking bathroom vanity tap for way too long, I called on Plumb-Jet, they arrived on time and fixed the leak without costing an arm and leg.

Matt and Jack removed an old electric hot water system and replaced it with a gas one along with installing a new gas bottle set up. They were professional, showed up on time and during the quote process Matt went through several options with me so I could decide what suited us best. The new system was installed quickly and hassle free. Highly recommend them.

Great company, I had a leak in my water mains into the house on a Saturday afternoon, Matt was on site in under an hour and job done in under an hour! Cant recommend them highly enough! Would definitely use them again! AAA+

Installed a sink in my business quoted the job after seeing the old sink and knowing what size the new sink was. When he came to install new sink he discovered that the sinks (was a twin sink) where deeper than the old ones told me he didn't quote to move pipes so he hooked two sinks into one pipe not to council standard and left the other pipe open when I smelt the stink one week later and rang him to fix it he told me to fix it myself when I said I would complain to the building commission he threatened to burn down my shop this guy is shonky as use at your own risk This was definitely plum jet I reported it to the police at the time and stand by my review

These cowboys installed a sink for me in my fish and chips shop did a bodgy job left an open sewer pipe and when I complained they told me if I didn't shut up they would burn my shop down hire them at your own risk would never recommend if I could give minus stars I would
