The staff here are lovely, genuine people that care about your goals. State of the art gym equipment, sauna, pool + other services. Very family like and has been a great experience so far.

Absolutely love this gym. The trainers and the members are all so welcoming and friendly. Within the first week everyone already felt like family. The trainers really care about each and everyones goals. The atmosphere is fun and vibrant and not intimidating like other gyms I've been too. The facilities are clean. The gym over all just has that extra factor.

I’ve been training at PTA for quite some time and have become the most consistent I’ve ever been since joining. I am in awe of the constant leadership, passion and commitment that the coaches have for us clients. I have achieved amazing results not only on the outside. I feel accomplished, strong, less stressed, proud and in control of my health. I love the community and feel as they are my second family. I take full advantage of the facilities, wide range of session times, classes and check in calls with my coach. It’s amazing. I love it here.

PTA is a a second family and it’s the most amazing place to be at! The trainers will push you to your best ability as well as show constant support and guidance throughout. You will go there feeling joy and happiness as that is the vibe throughout the gym, full of laughter and excitement. This gym has made me accomplish things I never thought were possible! This place is a great community training centre where I know every time and any time I walk in I will walk out with a smile on my face. Not to mention I also will leave dripping in sweat! Alex, Anthony and the team have be absolutely amazing. ALSO their meals are so good, they have really kept me maintain my weight and physic!
