5 We used Platinum to empty our house during a renovation. They had 2 visits to empty as we vacated the house, and delivered over 1 day over a requested scheduled delivery timings.
I would thoroughly recommend them as they are cheerful, polite and will move / do whatever you ask.
I had a very last minute request and they showed a brilliant attitude in providing outstanding service with no extra fee for the urgent request, everything was moved carefully by Danilo and Rod and they worked prompt and efficiently under the cold and heavy rain and we had to insist for them to stop to have some lunch. I could not believe when they even offered to take the shoes off not to get the new carpet dirty, it is so rare to see such service excellence nowadays.
With an extremely short deadline, they were able to get in and remove everything quickly and carefully. Their price was excellent and service was great. Not one thing broken which was great.

What a team, effortless moving a 3 storey house to an apartment on the top floor with many items not fitting in the lift. Move from Maroubra to Vaucluse done in a day, with packing of done a few days prior the relocation, I can't thank Platinum enough and thank my neighbours for the referral.
