I was referred to Matt by a friend about 8 years ago and I honestly did not expect the results I got. I had been in a serious car accident years before and had been having treatment by others, but migraines and constant back/neck pain had become a constant in my life. This all changed within 6 weeks of starting treatment with my back pain easing dramatically and no longer ‘something I just had to live with’. The migraines were bought under control and 8 years later I am still able to control both of these conditions with realignments. I don’t know where I’d be without Matt and his team who are an absolute pleasure to deal with! I have a significant spinal injury with sciatic nerve pain that was making day to day life really painful.
I was sceptical about seeing a chiro as I'd heard horror stories online and was worried about them causing more pain.
However after just a few non invasive adjustment sessions my pain has reduced and I feel more mobile. Also as a bonus I've noticed my vision and sence of smell has improved.

I was resistant at first, I'm not a chiropractic person. Dr Matthew Knapman listened and fully investigated my medical past. He was honest and made no promises. My quality of life has improved vastly, I'm back to employment and exercise and my all round quality of life has improved significantly. I'm not one for recommendations but I highly recommend Platinum Chiropractic for small to big issues.

The Platinum Chiropractic Team are absolutely amazing! They will always do their best to assist your needs and are very supportive. Matt is phenomenal and truly cares about his patients. If you are thinking about going here DON'T. I threw my neck out with a fall and had excruciating headaches. I was charged $200 for tests I didn't need at the time, a manipulator tool was used for 4 mins and was made worse. I came back for 2nd appt to get real relief but was turned away. Lucky I found Peter in Terrigal who fixed my issue. The people at Platinum are the worst chiropractic clinic I have ever experienced and they charged $200 for nothing. Go to someone who know what they are doing.

Friendly staff, great chiropractors. My entire family have found the service from all staff to be nothing but friendly and professional.

I have been seeing Matt for some time now and he is the most caring and genuine health carer i have ever seen.
After giving birth i had some complications and out of desperation i messaged Matt at a ridiculous hour on a Sunday morning and he told me to meet him straight at his office and took his time to do a full assessment to work out what was causing me so much pain and was able to give me his professional opinion and sent me back to the hospital to get correct treatment.
He is very family friendly and accomodating for when my son decides he needs to climb on me during an adjustment.
Myself and my family would never see anyone other then Matt, his genuine love and compassion to his patients has made us hands down patients for life.

I have had neck pain/tension for about 2 years radiating to right arm & couldnt turn to the right which also affected my sleep. After attending clinic for the past 2 months I am so happy to be able to totally rotate my neck & sleeping more comfortably. Matt is also very friendly & always has good advice & have attended his informative teaching session too. Staff also very friendly. I have now booked an appointment for my husband as well.
